I can relate. I really want to understand their way of thinking or anung umiikot sa mga utak nila para gawin 'to pero hindi lang talaga macomprehend ng logic ko.

For me kasi ang relationship has 2 states lang. Kayo or hindi and i don't believe in what's in between that. Yun "Cool off" state ba yun? The fre@aking hanging state. Or maybe i just don't understand how it works or para saan pa? Hirap nun ah, sa cool off kasi you're gonna act na parang single pero you're not allowed to mingle kasi technically may commitment ka parin. Haha. Unlike pag break you get to meet someone new and you can assess if you still want the old relationship or not.

On topic: Single ako as in totally so far. Go rest in peace". LOL Ayun break na kami. Pikon si loko. hehe. At least klaro kami. ;D

^yun nga, i for one dont believe in cool off din. although i believe yung cool off term is just a phase coined dahil sa stage na yun you both calm down, chill and blow off steam. na usually after a fight or an argument. hence cool off.

but its hard, mangangapa ka talaga. like on my part, ako lang naman ang undecided talaga whether kami or not. sakanya kami parin, malabong usapan haha. maybe more of unsettled. i wanna be with him but i dont wanna end up on the same cycle, but i cant stay away. ganooooon. ang hassle

It's either black or white, no gray areas. ;)

Pasasaan pa at maghihiwalay din, majority of cool off relationships end up breaking up. So why prolong the agony pa diba? Break kung break na lang. ;)

When I first read about the pulling away thing done by some men, my initial reaction was "so adjust na naman kaming girls? Kami na lang ba lagi mag-aadjust sa topak nyong mga lalake?!" Then I realized na sometimes, it's better to step back to assess the situation and get a feel of it first kesa sugod lang agad and confrontation. If there's one thing good about this is things that are better left unsaid that might hurt another eh naiiwasan minsan na masabi lalo na pag in the heat of an argument. Pero ang hindi naiisip nitong mga lalakeng to eh the act itself na pag-pull away nila eh nakakasakit din. Let's face it, most, if not all women are emotional thinkers and a lot of men are logical thinkers. Kaya I guess naintindihan ko din itong behavior or wiring na ito ng ibang guys.

Pero when it comes to cool off, I think it's bs. I agree, no gray areas.

Sometimes, you need to step back in order to have a larger view of what's in front of you. Might be painful, yes, but at least alam mo kung ano na talagang nangyayare.

Sheesh, did I make sense? haha

[textspeak!] sa cool off most of the time the party requesting the cool-off indeed needs time, sadly minsan they are the ones already prepared to end the relationship.

sadly pwede ding time to try out other people hehe
madalas safety net para just in case may babalikan pa.

+1 It's either black or white, no gray areas.   ;)

i recently saw a post saying

"never question if you are in love or not, because if you are. you don't need to ask"

i think i would agree with the said quote.

Sino ba may gusto ng cool off. Haha. Altho minsan talaga you need a breather e, lalo na pag palaging nag-aaway. You feel this need to get away from the stress and look at the relationship objectively, not muddled by biases or anger.
