Just realised that it was my 9th day yesterday.  Jan 28 was my 1st day and 31 was my last. Regarding mucus secretion, there's nothing coming out pa naman. Am still "dry". Should I start taking ECP? I let him cum inside yesterday. Big thanks Sissies.

My ob friend told me that if your cycle is 28 days iyon ang pinaka regular Nd safest to use calendar method also para daw mas sure 11th day palang wag na sa loob....kasi ang female sperm can last for 3 days diba

Please I need your honest opinion on my case.. my gf and I had sex during march 22 withdrawal method and she had to ejaculate me to cum. so wala talaga akong cum inside her. her first menstrual day was march 6 - 13 and regular menstrual sya. About pre-cum naman I always pee every time I ejaculate myself and medyo madalas din ako...

i've been practicing this since 15, so far okay naman siya. never pumalya. sabi ng OB ko, from day 1 to day 10 ng menstruation safe yun. then fertilization occurs on day 14. 2 to 3 days daw kasi nabubuhay yung sperm, so kung day 11 kayo nag-do then inabot ng sperm ang day 14, tiyak buntis ka.

hi..just want to ask your opinions..i'm being paranoid eh..

my last menstruation was june 26 up to july 1.. i had sex yesterday july 13..and hindi nakapag withdraw si guy, twice pa nagcum.. Is there a chance na ma-preggy ako?

I practice this calendar for months na kasi reg naman period ko and now ko lang nagawa na alanganin na safe ako..so paranoid na tuloy ako as early as now. Pls help..enlighten me naman.. Thanks!

19th day mo na sis micha,so hindi totally safe pero less ang chance for pregnancy kaysa sa 11 to 16th day. but still, the possibility exists especially if you ovulated late or if you are irreg.

regular naman ang cycle ng period ko, 28 to 32 days.. feeling ko nga na hindi talaga safe pero less ang chance na mapreggy, pero yun nga may chance pa rin.. Takot ako magPT, baka positive eh di pa ko ready, parang di ko lam gagawin ko if + yun..

Btw, now (july 15) 2days after the deed, i noticed yung discharge ko creamy white or yellowish na..compared nung nag-do (july 13) na medyo clear slimy pa.. May kinalaman kaya yun? Hehe.. Sorry for the kulet girls..kinakabahan lang talaga me.. Thanks so much!

Regular ang mens cycle ko. Nagkaroon ako Oct 12-16 (4 days), we made love last oct 19, 7 days after ng 1st day of mens ko. may chance ba na mapreggy ako kahit withdrawal kami? naka 3 rounds pero withdrawal naman lahat. based sa  consistency ng mucus ko mukha naman siyang infertile mucus and dry rin ako kasi nahihirapan siya ipenetrate ako. Gusto ko lang magkaroon ng peace of mind, ayaw kasi niyang magcondom e.

@missanalyst.. sis ang pag count ay yung talagang first day ng period mo, so kung Oct.12-16 ka nagkaron, 5days yun, tapos Oct.19 kayo nag-do bale 8th day mo na yun, safe pa naman yata yun, depende rin kasi sa ovulation mo, ang sperm daw kasi can live 3-5days sa loob so kung umabot yun sa ovulation mo eh baka may chance na mabuo, pero sana walang nakalusot, di naman kasi lahat ng withdrawal safe.. Saka wag ka magkakamali sa pag count sis kasi pag namali ka ng count mas delikado na mapreggy ka..

Para medyo safe do it hanggang 6th or 7th day mo lang..beyond that parang delikado na eh..

Hello Guys! Sorry medyo tinamad nako mag back read. Share ko lang, 6 years na po kami ng boyfriend ko and may baby na po kami 4 years old na and until now di pa nasundan. FOR ME EFFECTIVE ANG CALENDAR METHOD. Never ako mag pills kasi high blood ako after ko manganak and hindi rin namin feel mag condom. Okay naman Sex life ko, active and normal for almost 5 years now. Yung cycle ng mens ko iba iba, pero monthly nagkakaron ako, so I think I'm still on a normal phase. Sabi po ng OB ko ang calendar method daw is 10 DAYS kang "safe", and ang counting is mag count ka from the very first day ng menstration mo. For example, October 1 yung 1st day ng period mo, so from october 1 til october 10 mas "safe" pero advise ng OB ko calendar plus withdrawal para mas safe. Gets ba? Hahah Well medyo messy sya kasi may blood pero atleast mas safe. Mas okay kung mag seek din kayo ng help sa OB nyo especially sa mga married na. So ayun, experience ko lang po.
