im using this method for 13 years now and i can say that it really works.

20 days after the first red day, until the 1st day of the next red cycle, i'm safe. then again, im regular naman kasi. so far, 2 kids spaced 4 years apart, in 13 years =)

I've been with my bf for 3 years and eto lang method ko para wag mabuntis. No pills kasi takot ako sa sideeffect pagdating ng araw. No condom kasi di ko type.
We're both healthy kasi nagpapacheckup naman.
Nagsesex kami ng "putukan" 3 days before and 3 days after ng period ko. As in yun lang. (Though when I was in college, my prof confirmed that it's 5 days before and after. Me being OC, tinaasan ko sarili kong limit. Haha) The tricky part is yung before kasi if irregular ka, di mo malalaman. Nung bago pa lang kami, mas kampante ako sa before kasi may PMS ako tapos few days magkakaperiod so sure na safe. Yung after, ok lang pero dati kabado ako kasi I have to wait 28 days before ko malaman if safe talaga ako nun or not. Never pa kami pumalpak, at wag naman sana kasi gusto ko if mabuntis ako eh kasal na kami. So yun yung method. In between those days, SEX pa rin but hindi ko sya pinapacum inside me, in my mouth instead. Or yeah, withdrawal lang minsan.

we do this. pero pag after lang. medyo irregular kasi ako in terms of dating like 3 to 5 days late. So from onset of period, count daw ng 9 days. Until then you're safe daw. So far, sa 5 years namin ni hubby, so good

day 9 - day 10 (with precaution na dapat, kasi depende kung maaga ang ovulation period mo)

Calendar method only works if you have a perfectly regular cycle.

Hmm.. In college, I've been sexually active, so inaral ko to to the extent naging thesis, oh well.. unfortunately nabuntis din ako after 8 years.. pero somehow tested. It helps if you keep track of your menstrual cycle, e note niyo lang ang first day every month and know what your cycle is 28 days or more, interval tuwing kelan kayo nagkakaron, 14 days from the 1st day is your FERTILE DAYS, usually half of the cycle.. mahirap e track ang ovulation days sa medyo mahabang cycle. After period, is usually the safest* so 5 days after that sige lang... safe din 5 days when you're next period is coming, so kelangan niyo talaga e track before you do it.
