possible rare cases..pero for me mataas percentage ng calendar when I was a little bit younger early 20s to mid 20's ganyan kami ng mga naging partners ko...calendar method

Mga sis, para hindi mahirapan magbilang, buy an Ovulation Test Kit as mercury drug or watsons.

Works similar to a PT kit, but results are interpreted differently.  Pag positive, pasensya anak muna. Pag negative, gora na!!

we do calendar method eversince nanganak ako 2 years ago, wala naman nakalusot lol, then withdrawal on the 'non-safe' days.
so far yung pinakalate is 10days after Cycle Day 1, kinabahan ako nun!

What did you mean by "7th day after my period"?

Day 1 should be the first day of your period.

If your period lasted for 5 days and you start counting on your 6th day onwards ...the 5+7 is Day 12 ...and if you say you're regular and that means you're in a 28 day cycle ...then Day 12 is a fertile day ...and you can get pregnant.

^Sis got my period last Sept 17-20. Then i had sex unprotected last Sept.23. Tama ba bilang ko na 7th day ko yung Sept 23 when i had sex. Safe ba sis?

if regular 28 days cycle ka masmabuti kung gagawin mo before your period... example...

your 1st day of period is always day 1

day 1-4 - period days
day 11-17 fertile days (no sex dapat)
day 22-28 safe to...

Nagka ganyan ako last yr. Regular mens ever since my first then none for 3mos. Initially thought I was pregnant ofc but when I was checked, PT kit and blood sample negative. Nagrequest si OB ng transV ultrasound and we found out na nagdevelop ako ng polycystic ovaries bilateral. Yun pala reason ng absence of mens ko.

Did this for a year, and it worked for me.

Regular naman kasi ako eversince magka period ako and I have been keeping track of my mens for several years na. I always count and analyze my calendar. Conscious and sensitive din ako sa mga signs ng PMS para di magkamali.

Sorry, di ko nakita agad reply mo. Mas mainam sa hospital na may OB ka na mismo pumunta para diretso kuha na ng blood sample sa laboratory at kung may other labs/diagnostic exam pa na irequest si OB. Pag sa mga OB clinic kasi bibigyan ka lang request then hahanap ka pa ng laboratory saan mo papagawa.

PCOS di naman sya cancerous. Yun nga lang, increased na ang risk for diabetes (depende sa blood sugar mo you may be asked to take anti DM meds for a while) and hypertension. Pwede din magka acne, weight gain and excessive hair growth. Tapos yung kinakatakutan ng karamihan lalo if kasal or may stable partner na, difficulty getting pregnant. Pero para sakin basta hanap ka ng OB na supportive at yung may concern talaga. Advise sakin heathy diet (avoid sweets and carbs), exercise (kahit light exercises lang sa bahay), eliminate stress, and taking pills short term. Good response ko sa pills dahil after taking it for 8mos I am back to having regular menstruation and eventually got pregnant after 5mos. In case umabot ng 1yr na trying to conceive pero wala mabuo considered as infertility na daw, pero nadiscuss ni OB na may mga gamot sya na pwede ibigay and medical procedures.

Based on the app that i used ang unsafe days ko is day 8-14. Then ang ovulation ko is ika 13th days. I?ve been using this app for so many years na. Regular ang mens ko. We had sex unprotected nanaman on the 21 days. But he never come inside me l. We stopped na kasi sobrang tagal niya labasan, pagodabells na ako. 😅 i have to bj him pa para mag cum na sha. Kaloka.
