The Mayans thought of chocolate as an aphrodisiac that's why they treasure it like gold. In fact, they treasure it so much that their version of the creation has a cacao tree in it instead of the usual apple tree, no kidding!

Chocolate does not only act as a stimulant and a stress-release but it can actually make you happy. That's why it's the most common comfort food of girls when they're feeling kind-of sad. My favorites are Cadbury plain milk chocolate, Maltesers, Reese's Peanut Butter cups or if I'm feeling luxurious, a Leonidas Belgian chocolate. I nibble on these babies especially after a hard day at work.

Chocolate is a big no no for your pets. I'm not sure why but my Labrador's vet warned me about this.

Milk chocolate is the most popular variant. However, dark chocolate, when taken in moderation, gives out the best benefits like it's an antioxidant, improves your mood and can even prevent heart disease! Amazing! Yummy AND good for your health.

I'm a chocolate lover so I kind-of know a little about chocolates. Oohh, I just love chocolates! They're the best dessert, munchies, snack or simply, just good to eat. After my pregnancy, I'm hitting the Leonidas store.
