Sis, not all mapuputis get to have projects. Marami pong kids with fair complexion na nakukuha just like sa mga teleseryes. Kung ano po kasi ang requirement for a project yun ang hahanapin na talent, parang sa tvc nung anak ko before. Nakuha siya kasi kamukha niya yung dad, so anak ang role niya and another baby po with fair complexion kasi yung dad fair din ang skin. May pairings din po nangyayari kaya hindi po lahat ng nakukuha puro mapuputi, ang nakukuha po palagi maganda ang skin and teeth.  Kaya go ka na sis, pa-VTR mo na si bebe...

sis skin and teeth talaga ang tinitingnan??aw..sayang yung panganay ko..sensitive skin kasi kaya di na maganda legs niya plus tamad magtotbrush kya sira na rin front teeth niya...3 years old na siya this coming may..gusto ko sana maexperience niya magmodel in print ads and tvc..,.paayos ko nga muna teeth niya..baka may pagasa pa..

Hi im just a new and first time mom..and im just thinking if my baby girl want to be a model at the very young age, she's just 8months old but looking so pretty..but i don't know how to start the adventure for my baby..i have no ideas about the agencies that we should go to.

My son just got his first gig through a friend. He's going to be on a label of an organic insect repellant. I hope he can get more exposure. He also got a sched for VTR sa modelshop kaya lang di ko pa nadala kasi may insect bite pa sya sa legs.

how much does a model/talent earn from doing this?

^depends on the budget of a project and of course the company. The bigger the campaign, the bigger the talent fee. If the project will appear in different materials (tv, print, website, billboard, collaterals), possible mas malaki din. Also, if the contract will be renewed (ie ad will appear longer than the period stated in the contract), possible may extra payment (a certain percentage of the original amount stated in the contract). May iba naman x-deal. So, bottom line talaga is budget.

For my daughter, her biggest so far is for a real estate (collaterals, billboard and website). Including the payment for the renewals (it was renewed twice), more or less umabot ng 6-digits. Siyempre subject to agent's fee pa yan. Pero not bad na din since for this project, she didn't go to a go-see and was merely chosen based on pictures. I don't like dragging my daughter around for VTRs.

My baby has been to a couple of VTRs narin but he did not get lucky.  Now I feel bad that I had him go through the hassle of going there pa when we don't really need to be doing this.  Hassle lang talaga mommies so as long as you understand that there are other good looking babies aside from yours, that will lessen the hurt when your baby does not get a call back.

You can go to modelshop.  They will schedule you once you send them sample photos of your baby or toddler and type nila.

My 2yr old is also bibo, but to the point na we will make an effort for VTR I do not like that idea, sa eldest and 2nd child ko may lumapit sa amin sa mall nagsabi na "Talent" daw siya at binigyan kami ng calling card at map to where their company is located, at nagfollow up pa sa amin ng text sabi ko hindi kasi hindi ko talaga trip ang mga ganyan para sa anak ko unless talaga kung sure akong hindi modus lang.

feeling stage mom din ako. lalo pa showbiz ang kinalakhan ko at ng son ko na 2.7 years old now. been meaning to go to vtrs since he was still an infant kaso nagloloko sya in closed areas palaging epic fail ang mga studio shoots nito like in a scale of 100 only 10 ang perfect shots haha! kaya until now hindi ko pa din sya nadadala.

ang dami daming connections ng sister ko, she has an agent at naka 3 TVCs nun 2013 (2 TM with dingdong and abra and 1 jollibee ultimate burger steak), was also casted in one of Showtime's holy week special in 2014 and Be careful with my heart and muntik na sa Oh My G! but she decided na sumugal sa isang project from another station which na hindi naman niya pinagsisihan kasi she got the role and her face is all around the metro, she's one of the hi-5 cast members now. wala na syang agent now, but she's in contract with TV5 as their talent. sa pagchachaga ng sister ko, she finally made it to TV. her first print ad was with a tummy ache medicine when she was 3-4 yrs old.

anyway, bibong bibo naman ito pero kakaloka ang pag lalambot ng tuhod nya pag me kaharap syang artista. he is very exposed to showbiz talaga as in rubbing elbows. mahiyain! kasama na namin hi-5 australia, ka-hang out, aba tiklop! pero in the end nakipaglaro na din sya. even when my sister's in character as hi-5 cast member, ayaw niya din lumapit hahahahahahahha! but im praying one day, he'd not be like that anymore.

so far, he's in my business' ad in wedding digest magazine and came in 2 weeks worth episodes of hi-5 philippines song of the week, one is with a few more kids and another one is karga sya ng cast member, not my sister hahahaha! sa wakas natupad ang pangarap ko makita sya sa TV hahahahahahhaa!!!

he was also posted in stevie nicholson's instagram and facebook page na nagpapasign ng authograph sa book niya, twice. hahaha if that's part of my being a stage mom so be it.

Mga sis, have you heard or have been accepted in Kids-Tokei? My kids kasi after ma send yung photo last year, sabi that she passed the screening. So, photoshoot daw. First time and I am not really a stage mom and just tried submitting her photo. What do you think of this agency? Casting for Vogue daw if pumasa.
