sisses I NEED HELP!

do you know anyone who I can consult about my daughter's TVC. I won't mention na lang the company product, twice na syang nirere-air pero I wouldn't know until I've seen it on TV. I don't know if it's the agent's fault or sa mismong TVC company ang problema. And the TF for the first re-airing di ko pa nakukuha til now more than 6mos. na. ngayon na naman nagtext sakin agent na irere-air daw from september to december, di ko pa nga nakikita ang contract and napipirmahan, after 3 days, pinalabas na.

Di ko alam ang techinicalities so I need someone who's knowledgeable so I'd know  what I can do about it.

Pls. pls.. I somehow feel my daughter's exploited and taken advantage of..

^sis, thats my problem as well. yung sa daughter ko, 1 year lang dapat. pero until now they're still using the materials. my uncle who's a lawyer said he'd review the contract but my husband (who was the one who signed it), couldnt find the copy

^sis you can ask copy from the agent. tell them to send it thru e-mail. ginawa naman, so i was able to review contract at meron talagang inconsistencies

Mg sis, I would like to share my recent experience regarding VTR. Somebody sent me a friend request in FB, before approving chineck ko muna kung may mutual friend pero wala. May mutual like lang sa page ng isang sikat na dept. store. My daughter kasi modeled for that store one time lang and her picture was on that page. I cheked her page mukhang okay naman. So I confirmed her and asked her if she is connected with that store. Hindi daw but she is a talent coordinator accdg to her and that she has a modelling offer for my daughter dahil nakita nya pictures. She asked me when ako online to discuss things. So we talked online, international brand daw ang client. She said kailangan daw ng VTR kashit sa webcam lang. So I agreed kasi naman we are here sa province and magastos magpunta ng Manila for VTRs. So nung day ng VTR sked on webcam(first time namin and no idea whatsoever sa VTR), I prepared two outfits, one casual and one dress. So nagpose pose na daughter ko sa webcam, front side and back view,. Then she said she needs to check the skin and body type, so kailangan daw ng swimwear. So pinagsuot ko ng swimwear ang daughter ko ng parang surfer suit lang. 3/4 sleeves and skirt ang bottom. She said di daw nya ma check pag ganun ang suot kasi covered. Kailangan bikini type at kung wala lingerie na lang daw basta maliit. Naasiwa ako, I said we are not comfortable with that. Sabi okay pero itaas na lang daw yung skirt (talagang nagduda na ako) She was trying to convince me na ganun talaga daw sa VTR but I did not give in. My daughter is only 9 and I don't think it is appropriate. Sabi ko ayoko talaga at malay ko kung legitimate ka ba talaga. Sabi ko di bale na lang, di ko na tinuloy. I feel so guilty for letting my daughter go through that VTR. Malay ko ba kung pinagpiyestahan na ng mga pedophile yun  . Mga sis na mga veteran ng VTRs, ganun ba talaga or muntik na akong maloko ng bonggang bongga?

All you have to do is have your kids' photos taken wearing any Kids Ahoy products
