keep up the good work sis. its an investment for your mind and body.  hay ka miss mag work out.

I sooo agree on this:

motivation will only come 100% once you see the change in your body, then from there, you would want to workout more.

I'm going for my beach party and gusto KO mag emote parang model kemeluchi so I'm working on it. I lose 12kg since Feb this year na. 4kg more to go. Working on my abs as well. Can't say its out but I guess its on its way hehe. I do a variety of daily workouts, running, cross fit, zumba, circuit training, YouTube workouts, trekking.. And I enjoy doing it. Trying a lot of new things. As long as I burn calories and work my muscles I'm good. My friends and my goals are my motivation.

^ that's great news sis....kaya yan :)  ako kelangan ko ulit dagdagan discipline ko  sa pagkain.  natrain ko na sarili ko in doing serious workout if i am in the gym. pagkain ang mahirap kasi I don't believe in depriving myself too much on food.  just proper and balance diet dapat.

Last year, I was 165 lbs. I was in my prime. The best feeling ever. Fast forward to one year, I now live in a new country and a SPLURGED. I now weigh 185 lbs... My pants don't fit me anymore... The buttons on my long sleeve polo feels like it's going to pop anytime soon... But I've had enough. The foods I ate were really delicious but the feeling I have is not good at all. Now, I've decided to get back to my prime weight. What's the motivation for this? I want to regain the confidence I had back then. Plus, I want to protect my knees so my goal is to lose 20 lbs. in 3 months. I started Oct. 10 and hoping to get back to my old body on Jan. 10.  :)

Change ng eating habits plus workout. Pero sobrang kailangan ng disiplina talaga. No sweets.. No salty food. No fried foods. Etc...

When I'm pissed, I tend to want to work out or work out harder. Then I feel good :D

My goal is to reach 50 kg. - my weight before I got pregnant. Now, I'm 53 kg so 3 kg to go. Need to push my self to do zumba every saturday and control myself in food.  ;)

It's the music, the instructor, my classmates and the routine - I attend gym classes kasi so with the right combination ng music/routine/instructor/classmates, I hate to miss my gym classes.

And dancing! I really love dancing, kung nawala ng 1-2 weeks, hinahanap hanap ko talaga.

But I hate going to the treadmill alone.

I also have very good support from my BF who also loves to workout in the gym for some running, weights and yoga.

I'm seeing small improvements in my body. I am motivated to lose some fat and my love handles. It's a plus that we're going to the beach next year, it's added motivation for me. =)

For me, the most challenging parts in working out are:
1. Dragging yourself out of bed in the morning
- Whenever I wake up, my brain negotiates for a few more minutes of sleep or to pass first and 'make up' the following day. One thing that literally lifts my body off the bed is the thought of my THIGHS. They're so difficult to tone. I work so hard to tone them yet falling off the routine for just a few days will turn them back to jello.

2. Pushing your body to work harder when you already feel tired or sore
- When I'm running out of breathe and my heart is ready to pop out of my chest, all I want to do is stop and again, just 'make up' the following day. What motivates me is working out in front of a mirror and see how my thighs have transformed into something more acceptable in my eyes :P

You might wanna keep a journal or schedule your workout sessions, works for me. :)

Kumbaga, I treat it like a day at the office, I can't miss one. Hehe.
