finally went to the MyPhone service center in Pasig last saturday.

they had to reformat my phone. I'm now able to receive calls. great customer service. as in. napaka-accomodating nila.

ground floor ng Semicon Building in Ligaya, Pasig (beside Salve Regina hospital and right across Barrio Fiesta and Slimmer's World). Sony repair kurkur yung name.

pero if nalalayuan ka, ask mo sa customer service nila i think marami pa silang repair sites.

natakot naman ako dun sa tindera sa market market. Naghahanap ako accesories nitong phone ko, sabi wala pa daw nun kahit nga daw parts, battery or charger mismo wala pa daw. Naisip ko patay siguro ako pag nasira phone ko. Pero siguro naman meron sa service centers ng myphone..

I had my myphone repaired din. sa sony quezon avenue naman ako nagpagawa and sobrang satisfied din ako sa customer service nila.

i've heard na hindi raw sila nag aaccept ng credit card sa mga malls??
i'm planning to buy any QWERTY phone or TOUCHSCREEN na may MP3.
kelangan ko na kase and i don't have cash yet. anyone knows about it??
and ano bang model ang ok for MP3s?? sana may sumagot

^di ko binili sis.. natestingan ko kasi siya.. nahirapan talaga ako magtext sa touch screen, di naman siya qwerty pero nahirapan pa din ako.. malalaki siguro mga fingers ko! hehe! atsaka, nalabuan ako quality nung screen, i know i shouldn't expect a lot considering the price and the brand.. pero nafeel ko kasi na baka i might regret it lang pag binili ko..

Dito napunta small portion of my 13th month hehe small portion considering the price since di naman siya kamahalan. I bought TW1 and so far satisfied naman ako since I can surf for free . I think yun din lang habol ko dito hehe. Camera's OK lang though pag madilim hindi na maganda yung pic. .jar games for touch are also working fine, calls are clear, text messaging is good no prob. Wala pa naman akong prob so far, mag 1mo ko na ding gamit

I'm a fan of MyPhone kasi kuripot ako at madaling magsawa kaya I can't buy expensive units. My first MyPhone was the QP something 88 ba yun, Php1,888 lang bili ko. Ang tibay kahit ilang bagsak na buhay pa rin. Yung sunod kkong purchase was the white sarah G. fone. Ganda rin at ang tibay. Kanina I bought a pink T28, yung may TV. Sale kaya 1,899 lang. Ang cute! Medyo mabagal lang nga ang response ng touchscreen pero sanayan lang, hehe

Maganda ba yung T28? How long kaya ang battery life? Nakita ko kasi na may sale sa MyPhone kasama na yung ibang TV phones, was thinking to get one para sa mga mahabaang biyahe or traffic.

i bought my mom the B99 duo. perfect sa mga, umh, technologically-challenged na kelangan ng malaking font at user friendly.

My myphone a858 last Sept. 02 ko lang nabili. May defect kaya binalik ko agad sa store the next day, nireplace nila pero defective din yung pinalit. Kasi 2hrs ko pa lang gamit naghang na. Pinarepair ko sa service center Sept. 04 after 2 weeks naayos tapos wala pang 2mins na inaayos ko yung icons sira na naman, same issue. Ayun binalik ko agad kinabukasan sa store para mainform sila tapos sila na nagdala service center. Mag 1 month na, wala pa rin!  Sabi sa store 1 time replacement lang daw. Panu yun, kahit maayos pa nila ulit may chance na masira ulit diba..katakot na e. Nakakastress na nga sobra! Para akong nagpunit ng 5k.  Help naman mga sis! Need advice po kung anong move pwede ko gawin. TIA!
