We celebrated my mom's 60th birthday at Cattleya resort. We reserved pool #3 from 9am-7am pero we only stayed until 11pm kase malakas yung rain and wind nung gabi na eh naisip namin na umuwi na lang kase mejo madame kameng kasamang kids. But it was a lot of fun and super sulit sa 14k na rental fee cus everything's there na: private pool, party area, 3 kubos, 2 bathrooms, dirty kitchen with fridge, stove and gas, barbecue grill, videoke, and tables and chairs. The area pati is really clean and private talaga. Even if there were occupants in the other pools, we never got disturbed by their partying.

Hi guys, not really sure where to post this. The party venue kasi is in children's or wedding's.

Anyway, I'm planning kasi the birthday party for my boss this coming Friday na (July 20), for 25pax. Budget is 15k. I'm thinking mobile bar sana (~6k). Kaso most of them 5 hours lang. So may additional cost pa for 2 bottles of hard drink and/or SMB cases. ~10k agad. I was thinking san pwede i-held ang mobile bar? Sa pansol kasi around 10k agad venue pa lang. (9pm-9am sana) Then may food/snacks pa. Any suggestions?

Yung Elbow Room kasi in Metrowalk hindi ma-contact, baka booked na din ang Room 4. Our office is in Ortigas. Pero pwedeng pumunta ng Fort kesa QC

Yamski, check mo ang La Virginia in Batangas.  Though hindi siya beach house, pero if for 40 pax, you can rent the Pagoda House.

mga sis, may alam pa ba kayong private pools sa antipolo? nacheck ko na ang the city hideaway, 3B resthouse and cattleya resort, puro hindi na sila pwede this weekend. Apr 13 kasi hanap ko overnight for our team outing. my marerecommend ba kayong private pool near MM? as much as possible sana ayaw ko na ng pansol medyo sawa na. TIA

Sis neng10 natry nyo na ba ang callos spa & resort sa may antipolo malapit sa cattleya resort. Pwede mong irent yung pool na 10,000 kaso 8-9 hours lang pero iba pa ang rent sa rooms.  If ever di mo irerent yung pool nila ok lang din kasi yung rooms nila equip para sa mga large group of outings . Kung budgeted kayo...Yung tatami room (na makikita mo sa photos ng FB) P 5000 lang malaki siya good for 20-25 persons. Tapos super lamig pa ng aircon.  Bibigyan pa kayo ng isang area sa labas ng room mo ng tables and chairs na pwede kayo kumain. Swerte nyo kung wala magrent ng room na katabi nyo so parang magiging solo niyo yung lugar.  May entrance fee na P200 per person (for overnight) . 1pm ang check in time -10 am ang check out pero kami noong pumunta kami last week 12 noon na kami inallow magcheckout.

Yun nga lang yung pool maliit at kung hindi niyo irerent yon pwede gamitin yon ng mga nakcheck in na customers. pero noong pumunta kami noong holy week kahit marami silang nakacheck in clients...konti lang nagswimming kaya parang solo na rin namin yung pool.

Kung my budget naman kayo pwede nyong irent yung Orange room (10,000 ata not sure) parang buong bahay na siya...this is good for team building talaga good for 20-25 person. My sala dining mini kitchen flat screen tv with loft na my mga beds...modern design ...nasa 3rd floor siya so overlooking ng place.

Pwede magdala ng food at pwede magpadeliver din ng fastfood.

this is because you are going to talk directly to the caretakers or the manager. unlike pag naghanap ka online andami sulit ads na pool agents lang. ang hirap magtrust sa kanila kasi requirement kasi magdown ng 50%. wala din ako makita na reliable pool agents kasi wala naman sila mga reviews.

for our team building dahil booked na lahat halos ng private resorts aside from pansol this weekend, naghanap na lang ako ng resorts na hindi pool agents ang kakausapin.wala na kasi kami time magocular. I also got a few ads na hindi pool agents. check mo na lang din sis. HTH

Thanks sis neng10. very helpful yung binigay mong link kasi naghahanap din kami ng resort sa pansol. sobrang stressful yung on the spot kang kukuha ng agent na madaanan nyo at mag-resort hopping lalo na kung may kasamang kids.
