Private Pools for Rent

Hi mga sis!  I need help.... I need a nice place to hold my daughter's birthday party this April (Easter Sunday).  I am looking for a private pool to rent that is clean since her guest are just 5 years old and below.  It should also have an air conditioned room as well.  Location:  Marikina and Antipolo.  Any suggestions?  thanks!

I think, they have 5-6 private pools. Price range is from 6K-7K.

mali pala..sa may guguinto bulacan pala...its called CM Farm House...pero yung office nila where in para makapag pa reserve ka is in Malinta, Valenzula City...Its it is a nice place...2 pools yun...pero always namin nirerent yung nasa far end ng buong area...kasi mas gusto ko yung itsura niya compared dun sa isa nila

P5000 day time ( pero not sure kung till now same price pa din ) my overnight din pero dont know how much maybe additional 1k sa day time price niya.
25 - 30 pax pwede

Facilities:
-Bungalow house with 1 air conditioned room ( no tv )
-1 kiddie pool & 1 adult pool with 2 slides
-spacious garden type place
-1 nipa hut ( dining place )
-bbq grill
-with half court basketball, half volleyball court & tennis court ( just bring ur own balls and other stuff )
-videoke with pay
-billiard with pay
-big parking lot


yung other pool ( which is not my type )
-2 rooms ata ( just room no house )
-same facilities minus the courts, billiard - pwede mo rin din naman gamitin yung mga courts & billiard kahit itong part na ito ang pinili mo pero mejo dyahe kasi lakad ka pa ng kaunti and mas dyahe pag may nagrerent dun sa isang place at dadayo ka dun para gamitin yung courts at billiard.

so far, eto yung pagkakatanda ko sa place...kasi its been a 3 years na ata since the last time we went here

maganda yung cattleya resort in terms na malinis sya, but medyo magkakalayo ang pools and wala masyadong shade na pwede kang lakaran...

you can try Cristina Villas in antipolo since they have several cottages depending on the number of guests you have... in cainta, just near Sta Lucia, you can try Casanjo Resort... sa marikina/antipolo, along marcos hway, there's a nice private resort just at the back of King Bee... i just forgot the name...

nag-inquire na din kami before sa cattleya resorts and okay kasi sari-sariling villa.. its inside a private subdivision.. each villa is overlooking metro manila kaya maganda talaga ang location...

finally! sorry, super late ako mag-reply! villa ronar pala sa marikina ginawa debut ng pinsan ko. sa may marikina heights, near st. scho. ok dun kasi private resort talaga sya na aside from pool, may function room and private rooms that can be used for setup or accommodation

Sis, sa loob ng camella in Molino Baoor. Villa Loencia. they are private pool and also accepts for parties.

anyway, on topic, how much kaya rent dun sa resort?

I inquired for my daugther's 1st bday, May, its 6K for like 4-6hrs, kasama na ang preparations ng caterers. Then at around 8-9K for overnight.
