sabi kc ng officemate ko na galing lang ng subic last week... [textspeak!] mga beach daw dun is not swimmable.. parang madumi daw.. is it true? more of water sports lang daw talaga.... sad ako bigla.

nakita ko reviews sa sheavens, and parang ok naman.. sa SBFZ ito so it means, hnde pwde magswimming sa beach? ganun ba un?

please reply asap so that pwde pa namin mabago plan nmen..

^no sis. Ocean adventure is within subic bay freeport zone. Ocean view resort is outside SBFZ, sa olongapo na po, sa me kalaklan.

im confused, pardon me for my ignorance but, when we went there i didnt see any dutyfree shops, only Royal and Puregold... and i also read someone posted "royal dutyfree" and "puregold duty free" so does that mean those are the dutyfree stores?

Hi Sis, beaches in Subic are okay though they are kinda muddy. Yung pagapak mo eh parang lulubog ka. I don't know if its just me. Pero kung swimming talaga, I would recommend Bataan. Ako mas type ko ang beach nila kesa Subic.

Just want to ask those who have been to Subic or Olongapo recently or to our sisses who are Olongapo based if the access road/gate inside Subic to Brgy Baretto is already open? The last time were there kase around November last year it was closed and there's ongoing construction. Hirap kase dumaan pa ng Olongapo and it also lengthen travel time to and from Subic Freeport. Thanks!

sis midze: will you be bringing your own car ba when you go to subic? we went there last jan 29 and we stayed sa subic boardwalk inn. discounted price niya 1950 lang kahit na weedkend yun with free bfast na siya. more or less mga 20 mins away siya sa ocean adventure. if you have your own car what you can do is that drecho na muna kayo sa ocean adventure tapos siguro until lunch time doon kayo kasi may time yung  mga show. you can eat at their resto ( di mahal) and then go back sa boardwalk inn. tapos sa dinner madami na dun kainan within the vicinity. sa kabilang side yung xtreme xpresso. it is very safe to walk there at night and ganda ng view sa tapat ng boardwalk inn kasi dagat siya.

^Venezia Hotel... i guess SBYC has rooms for overnight stay too... but if you want it cheaper, you may book ahead of time at Venezia...

Hi guys!

We just got back from subic and would like to suggest the hotel we stayed in Buena Casa Hotel. Its just behind pancake house,teriyaki boy, yellow cab etc. I like the location kasi pwede lang lakarin ang mga kainan. Its relatively new kaya ok pa yung rooms and cr malinis din.ok din ang price for the rooms.
