Of course not! If you need to sleep with doctors para lang bumenta, then you should not be a med rep. Hooker ang tawag dun. Ang dami-daming ways para makabenta. It's all about diskarte. Ang dami kong kilalang med reps na disente, who don't need to sleep around para lang bumenta.

Para na ding sinabi na pag nagtayo ka ng tindahan, kailangan you sleep with your neighbors para lang bumili sila sa tindahan mo.

karamihan kasi ng medreps may itsura at mahigpit ang competition plus the expensive incentives sa doctors kaya may perception na kung overly ambitious ang medrep e kapit sa patalim. i think this is somewhat true sa mga babaeng medrep, kaya, in my view lang naman, may ibang umangal dun sa movie ni derek, parang truth hurts sa kanila.

hello sisses. plan ko din magmedrep kaso usually requirement ay marunong magdrive kaya plan ko mag-aral muna magdrive at kumuha license before magapply. manual or matic ba prinoprovide na cars ng mga pharma companies nowadays? or depende sa company iyon? hope you could help me sisses para alam ko kung anung lesson kukunin ko....thanks

I'll second that motion. Nagiging stereotype na tuloy sa mga medrep yan. I'm not a med rep but I work in a pharma company and hindi kasama sa job description ang affair sa doctors.

krismacho IMO it is not that good of a company. Sobrang workload and kahit offeran nila ako ng 20k na salary, no thanks.

tennisgirlnagtanggalan lang naman sila ng tao last year. Less company expense i suppose.

I have pending application to adp-pascual pharma corp. any idea sa company? They won't discuss about the quota as per the nsm who interviewed. So medyo worried lang ako kasi baka unattainable sya. Hope to hear from you girls. Just a newbie here and in pharma industry

Sis Krismacho I just want to know if tinuloy mo yung application mo sa SV More? Kasi nag iisip isip na ako last week pa kung itutuloy ko pa, Im on my 2nd week of training sa kanila and sobrang bombarded na utak ko sa dami ng aaralin plus lagi kami overtime. ngayon ko lang na notice malaki na eyebags ko. Yan din nasa isip ko eh, yung 20k basic nila at 20k allowance. Enticing naman kasi talaga..

Hi mga sis, I hope I can get a feedback re SV More. Its true na malaki ang basic at allowance nila its 20k-20k so youll have 40k and thats a big catch for someone like me na starting pa lang ulit magwork after 3yrs. I took care of my kids kasi. So ayun nga mga sis, dami ko medreps na friends na nagsasabi na hindi nga maganda sa SV kasi sobrang higpit at dami ng calls daw? Like 25 calls a day. Is that possible po ba? Sorry I have so many questions kasi its my first time din na mag medrep. Kaya I still cant decide if I will continue my training sakanila kasi I dont want to waste my time baka pag nandun na ako sa field eh mapasubo na ko... I hope I can get a reply. thank you in advance sissies!

Can anyone share with me how the hiring and retention works for med reps?  Let's say you get hired, what expected target sales should you reach in order to be regularized?

Hi sisses. Medrep ako sa unilab. May mga nakilala kong medrep ng svmore na gusto lumipat/magapply samen. Kahit malake pay, hindi sulit siguro dahil sa workload at calls per day. Saken nga na 15 calls per day minsan kastress na e. What more yung 25 calls...

Hello po i got an email from folares pharma inc and they're inviting me for an interview on monday. Wala po akong experience as medrep and i dont know what to expect. Nainterview din ako sa kaufmann pharma and luckily i passed. Pero gusto ko sana try sa folares din para maco.pare ko. Baka po may alam kayo about folares pano hiring process nila and compensation po. Salamat po sa mga sasagot it will be highly appreciated. God bless 😊

^hi sis! I mean no offense to local companies pero why don't you try applying in multinational companies? If you want sales to be a profession and not just a career, if you have goals and not just have something to earn, I suggest go for multinational companies. You may want to search for boeringer, otsuka, abbott nutrition, servier, and the likes. When you're already in the area, you'll know and see the differences. They are all hiring right now.
