hi mga sisses can anyone help me naman po ...ano difference between a medrep and a sales rep?im a medrep actually pero promotions lang..im applyin gkasi sa metro drug inc as sales rep??msa maganda ba yun?>?please help me po ...ideas about sALES rep and metro drug..benefits/salary???please..thanks..

metro drug sis ay nabili na yan ng zuellig. sales rep ka sis diyan. mga drugs stores and the like ang pupuntahan mo.  i guess, just like sa zuellig, sales and marketing ang topics sa training. and sabi nila di kasing toxic ang trabaho compared sa med rep talaga. with regard sa benefit, di ko lang alam sis. na-initial interview ka na ba sa metro?

malaki area ng galderma pero ok mga prods nun. cetaphil and other derma lines kya ang target doctors non pedia and dermatologists minsan buong isang region area mo. kaloka yun. hehe sv more may pakotse pero halos lahat naman. zuellig is ok din pero mejo bab yta salary?not sure though. novartis is a good company. kaya nyo yan, apply [textspeak!] ng apply. walk in or online, ok pareho yun.

Sv more gives 27k/mo. but that's all in na. no more reimbersments and whatsoever. Plus they only give an increase in salary if you meet your quota. Unfornately, only their polynerv 500 can meet the quota. SO even if 5 years ka na dun, you wont have any increase in your salary. my counterparts had been in the company na for 3 years pero ganun pa dn. NO COMPANY CAR dn. only for managers lang. sinasabi nila na if you meet your quota, they'll gve u car. pero it isnt true dn. kasi yung dating counterpart ko nakaka quota siya lage pero hndi naman siya binibigyan ng car. meron pa ngang rep na nabigyan na, nasa kanya na for 3 years, binwi pa nila.

ALTHOUGH TRUE NA 27k/ mo talaga. pero all in na un. 12k yung salary, 15k allowance inclusive of ur transpo at meal allowance and pang gastos sa mga MD. tapos 2months ang training. 1 mo classroom (150/day lang), and 1 mo field. ang field training, 26 days siya bale, tapos weekly ang bigayan. 26 days not 24 kase instead of 6 days/week ang pag compute ng allowance, ginagawa nilang 5.5/week.  and u have to work on saturdays. tapos your call rate is nag rrange from 20-24calls/day (during training) tapos kada kulang mong call, ibabawas un sa matatanggap mo. so kung kunayre 6100 somthing makukuha mo, tapos per call mo is worth 50, then u missed 10MDs, so minus 500 un sa sahod mo. tapos depende pa sa area mo, kasi some area hirap talaga magcover. ako sa Bopis area alko naassign, nakka 25 missed calss ako per week. maski di ko kasalanan na nasa convention MDs, binabawas pa dn nila sa sahod ko.

On top of that, after ng traning, call rate would be from 25-28calls/day including saturdays. sabi nila half sday lang daw ang sat, pero your calls, hnd nila binabawasan, as is pa dn sa 25-28.

it was a mistake i applied. my advice is wag kau papadala sa sahod or fixed. go for companies na maski maliit ang basic, sobrang ganda naman ng benefits, perks and incentives. sa sv kase wala dn silang health card e.

mababit ang ibang boss like sir paul, dr magnaye, dr montaos. however may isang boss dun na babae na if hnd ka niya feel, pepersonalin ka niya talaga.

yung mga friends ko nag ipon lang dito eh, pero ako i didnt want to waste time na kaya i resigned and applied to a better company then umalis na

Hi sis brandi, about Zuellig? Sabi ni kuya ko who's work there before okay naman dun. ang ayaw niya kasi dun is benefits kaya nag resign siya dun.

And some say that is  a good company coz it's another division from J&J, maganda daw yung benefits. Sana

Hello mga sis. This could be a bit off topic but i just wanna share and receive inputs from you guys. I just got hired by a multinatl pharma company last July. Training ended and I got deployed by August. Sa northern mindanao ako na assign so i was very hesitant at first by i eventually accepted it. So far first few days are quite tough for me to catch up with target calls per day kase territorials cya and its a bit tricky to manage time considering malayo ang byahe per town/city. Im still trying to familiarize myself with my area though and hopefully i could make bawi na sa coverage. The searching process plng ng mga individual clinics already consumes a lot of time. Anyway...before i got deployed sa area, tumawag yung Unilever sa akin. They were inviting me for an interview for a business dev-related position but sadly i had to decline and said i was going to be deployed na. The HR girl was nice naman and told me to call her in case i might still be interested. Sayang talaga kase gustong gusto ko talaga dun sa Unilever beforehand. I applied sa kanila a few months back but bad timing talaga they were too late in contacting me. Its my third week na dito sa area and my fingers keep itching to call her number and ask if i could still arrange for an interview. Do you guys think ok pa ba to call unilever again and reiterate my interest with them even though probi pa ako with my present employer? Ok naman sakin na kahit e shoulder ko nalang yung bond if ever unilever will accept me. Any advice? TIA!!

^Unilever is the one the biggest consumer company, sayang. try mo ulit, contact their HR. grabe ang compe and benefits, very competitive. with pharma kasi mejo nakakakaba din lately kasi madami din nagtatanggalan ng employees kasi hirap buhay ngayon kasi madami kalaban n mga generics. try mo lang wala naman mawawala.


Mass Hiring sa GSK this week and next week, if interested. go to the office in makati, bring your resume. Good Luck and be ready for the exam and dress well

I failed in my NCLEX exam so i was so depressed, i want to earn my own money to retake the exam. we also lost our car bec of financial probs.

ako yung typical na job hunter, nakikita mo sa pelikula. I left resume's sa zuellig, Pharmalink etc. But my plan talaga is to apply in GSK. so i went there.

GSK is one of the best multinational companies you would like to work for. Very good standing and very ok ang working environment. took the initial exam for 12 minutes for 50 items. glad i made it. out of 50 yata, 15 langkami natira. and then personality exam then 3 interviews.

It was my first real job, commuting first is really hard, kasi parang ang dami mo dala and nakakahiya kasi medrep k sa multi company tpos wala ka car? pero pag close ka na sa counterparts mo, sabay sabay ka na. got my car in 3 months VIOS.

yes we all have the perks.
salary, gas, food allowance, travels.

-- BUT THIS JOB WAS SO TIRING. pero lahat naman ng work nakakapagod. but it was so rewarding.lalo kung kumokota ka. hundreds of thousands if you hit your quota way beyond. so parang ako at theage of 24, parang WOW diba. dream job sya talaga pag bata ka.

pero yung stress ng work walang katulad. saometimes mapapanaginipan mo trabaho mo, kota mo. kasi laki nga naman mawawala sayo pag konti na lang di mo pa nachieve. they say MR's from Multinational companies are very toxic., but i tell you, OK lang yun, you'll know when you passed their series of exam. iba ang level mo

Hi sis. Ask ko lang did you have your exam (50 items), initial interview, and personality exam done on the same day? I applied kase sa GSK. Then I was invited for an initial screening. I had no idea what would it be pero first thing is we took a 12-min exam then initial interview then personality exam. But wala kaming elimination process. Lahat kaming andun, ginawa yun. After that, the HR told us that we will be receiving a text message after lunch. She will just check our exam and they will let us know the result. My interview went well. As in well. But hindi ako sure sa exam kase I wasn't able to finish all of them in 12-mins. Sobrang bilis naman kasi and i don't know if ilan lang nasagot ko and kung tama    Unfortunately, I didn't receive any text from them if I got it or not. Naguluhan lang ako kase she said, they will text us the results of our exam. So I thought, whether I made it or not, I will receive a text message. Does it mean ba na wala na or should I still hope? Please tell me. Thank you sis.
