^ sis ginaya na lang kita, vco then lotion para na rin matakpan yung amoy ng vco haha! Ang smooth and soft nga ng skin ko after, i kept on touching it haha! Very very small amount lang ng vco gamit ko, just to coat lang. Siguro itransfer ko to sa container na tulad ng sbo para mas madali ang pagkuha.

I'm using jojoba oil from Healthy Options to moisturize my vajayjay haha. Also to clean the lint from my navel, remove eye makeup pag naubusan ng remover and moisturize dry spots on my face. Mejo mahal lang sya for me, around P1200-P1400.

hair:
castor oil for the scalp (massage it with the oil, it helps for hair growth and stronger follicles), sweet almond oil + vit. e oil for the rest of the hair strand. i do this every other day. and if i just stay at home the whole weekend, i leave it there the whole weekend. wavy ang hair ko. it helped tamed it. and it's really good. you just have to shampoo your hair lang mga twice para mawala totally oils. you dont need a conditioner after.

skin:
i use avon gluta lotion. then i mix it with half part sweet almond oil and half part vit. e oil. apply it while skin is still damp from the shower, constantly massaging para ma absorb. same thing with my feet. massage and cover with socks. super malambot. the skin is really soft and dewy.

downside lang is super magastos ako dito since i do the skin regimen thingy twice a day, all over the body. i get the oils from healthy options. one bottle lasts me 2 and a half weeks. pero ngayon meron ako nakita sa internet na they sell these carrier oils by liters. and mejo mura. kaya lang they dont have jojoba ata at vit. e oil. i might try that kapag nagkakaroon ako ng spare money.

^sis [textspeak!] effect ng pagmmoisturize ng V? dati kasi i just put lotion sa inguinal area, but when ita humid, medyo awkward maglagay. haha.

Oo effective sya. Hindi kasi available locally yun moisturizers specific to our Vs. Nabasa ko sa isang forum na jojoba oil is what they use sa malalamig na weather. Ok naman although i just use it at night and i put it sa outer part lang.

I have been using virgin coconut oil as lotion for about 2 years and helped me achieve smooth skin. Mga 1 year palang ako nagshift sa sunflower oil (cooking oil gamit ko) at sobrang mas effective in evening skin tone, no smell and light on the face compared sa virgin coconut oil.

sa supermarket, susan baker sunflower oil! huwag kang bumili ng spectrum high oleic sunflower oil because it can clog pores; mas okay yung murang susan baker - P84 lang 500ml pwede whole body, di mo kailangan tipirin :P

meron sa makati supermarket at tropical supermarket, wala ito sa shopwise, rustans, or any sm supermarket; 1L cost about P 140++ pesos only

yes as body moisturizer mas effective ito for me, nagsmooth yung siko, tuhod and rough spots compared sa VCO; wala pang smell tulad ng VCO

benefit ng VCO mas magandang hair mask ang coconut oil at mas maganda for oil pulling, ito ang oil recommended sa practice nang yoga for oil pulling man, minimize heat from the body and joints and deodorant

Castor oil.

One week ko na gamit sa hair, lashes at brows. Wala pa kong nakikitang effect sa hairfall or hair growth.

May tips ba kayo na mabibigay kung pano to gamitin ng tama? Thank you
