Singapore to Malaysia

Hi sis Chinkee, later I will edit my post kasi I used my iphone to post it.

Me and my friends took the bus SG - KL.  Then plane via air asia KL - SG.  The major turnoff was that starmart was so disorganized.  Boarding pa lang from Golden Mile tower, we had to keep our ears alert just in case tawagin yung bus number namin. 

Then after the MY immigration we had to change bus.  They never followed the seat number on the ticket, in effect kung sino unang natapos sa immigration, sya ang unang makakakuha ng good seat, instead of those who got the ticket earlier (bus terminan check - in) kasi change bus sya.

sis, its okay.. :-D add lang talaga ako sa information.. hehe..

anyway, ..... I think that was the first time I heard a bad review from Starmart..  kasi even if ma-late yung bus di naman ganun katagal.. usually 5-10 mins lang.. tapos never ko din naexperience na nagpalit ng bus after immigration.. (this, siguro i'll give the benefit of the doubt na baka siguro may machine trouble or something kaya pinalitan..)

Sa seating arrangement naman dapat nagreklamo kayo sa driver kasi dapat nasunod pa rin yung seating arrangement...

last time nangyari na rin samin yun pero ibang bus company (we were going to Mersing from SG).. talagang nagreklamo kami kasi puro bata kasama namin nun tapos hindi nasunod yung seating arrangement.. hirap na kung sino sino katabi... eh ano pa yung maaga kami bumili ng tickets online para sure ang seats namin tapos di naman pala masusunod..

just to add and edit lang the information you shared.... especially those taking Buses na SG-MY trips..

IMHO mas hi tech nga ang Immigration ng Malaysia kesa sa Pinas..

Sis, may I just ask at which point mas high tech ang Immigration ng MY kesa Pinas kasi my friends and I in Tuas had the same sentiments na parang pinas lang ang immigration.

^ ako din, naisip ko parang mas maganda pa immigration natin sa NAIA at clark kesa Immigration ng Malaysia sa Johor, hehhe!

Just FYI ha, wag kayong magt-take ng pictures sa mga immigration offices at baka sitahin kayo at pabura infront of the IO mga kinuhanan niyong pictures.  ganon kasi nangyari sa friend ko who came over here in KL to visit me.  sabi ni hubby, bawal daw kasi talaga ganon sa mga gov't offices.

Hi guys, may trip ako sa sg-kl this dec. just wondering kung mag bus ba kmi mas maganda mag book online or kahit pag nandun na? And ano ma rerecommend nyo na bus? Ang nakikita kong ok online yun golden coach and startmart. Thanks!

@furby103 - nung kami naman sis from sg-kl via starmart yong sinakyan namin and ok sya for me saka online ako nag buy ng ticket para di maubusan.

Thanks sisses! yan nga yung pinagpipilian ko. yung aerobline mukhang maganda din pero medyo expensive na sya compared sa starmart and golden coach mukhang comfortable na din naman.

. We'll be going to sg from Johor Malaysia then sg to bukit bintang by bus. How do we get to the bus gong to sg? Then how do we get to goldenmould complex?

last may we initially planned to catch the last bus from terminal bandar slatan to sg pero due to delayed flight 1am na kami dumating sa tbs and no buses to sg anymore. we took a bus to johor, then from the terminal there may round the clock buses to sg. it wasnt a superior bus but it was comfy considering we have a five year old in tow. some buses go directly at golden mile complex. if your bus does not, icab mo na lang. do consult gothere.sg too. hth

I'll be in sin and my in Feb.  Okay na bang 2 whole days lang sa malaysia? Kakayanin kaya if we'll go to Melaka first?we'd like to spend 4 days in sg then 2 days in malaysia. Our flight back to Manila is from KL so we would't need to go back to sg na.  ano pa bang famous sites in KL aside from Petronas?

check mo yung malaysia thread din sis discussed dun yung batu caves, genting highlands, malls in kl, etc. for shopping you can also check out petaling st. there's also sunway lagoon for swimming.

alam ko may train na sasakyan pero parang either hassle ata or mas matagal ang byahe o mas mahal compared sa bus.

Ako nag side trip pa sa johor bahru for legoland then from there, nag bus to KL via Five Star bus. ang tagal din ng byahe. Anyway, I blogged about it na pala, so you may refer to it for my whole Singapore-Malaysia experience.

Hi! From SG to Malaysia...may babayaran po ba sa immigration? Nag-aaccept ba sila ng SGD or kelangan namin papalit ng MYR? Also, do Legoland restos/cafes accepts credit cards and SGD?
