Singapore to Malaysia

Back here in the Philippines na ako from our SG-MY trip. Ang init sa KL, at nakakalungkot na hindi kami nakagala ni bf dahil kinailangan naming bumili ng bus ticket pabalik sa SG. Pero at least, nakita namin ang Petronas. Salamat po sa mga tips nyo at sagot sa mga tanong ko.

Tips: Papalit po agad ng MYR bago pa makarating ng MY kasi 8am pa pala nagbubukas ang mga nagpapalit ng pera. Wag kami gayahin na naging kaawa-awa dahil dami nga naming pera wala naman kaming MYR pagdating namin dun ng 4:30am. Hindi man lang kami makakain dahil walang pambayad.huhu. Buti nalang, mabait yung receptionist sa Ambassador Hotel sa may Bukit Bintang at inibigay sa amin ang 300 MYR nya.

FYI, just saw this yesterday being flashed sa monorail stations dito sa KL: Bukit Jalil station will cease operation starting yesterday.  All busses coming from the South (SG, Johor, Malacca, etc) will have thier station sa Tasik Selatan.  Those from the North, sa Pudu station na.  No worries since both stations naman have a nearby train station.  Just check your bus operators for other details.

sis, any idea saan ang arrival area ng Startmart bus from SG?

i checked the bus fare SG- KL cheapest is like 1,500 pesos ONE WAY.
buti na lang may sale seat sa tiger, nakabook ako 2K roundtrip na.

^^ startmart bus nagbababa lagi sa times square sa imbi, near bukit bintang.  so convenient siya kung around bukit bintang ka naka-book.  nagbababa rin ang starmart sa pudu.  just inform the driver kung ano balak  mo.

i'll be going to singapore on May 26 and i'm planning to return here in the Philippines via KL (i saw a promo from Air Asia Php24++ only KL to Clark)...

Since I have friends in Singapore I will be staying in their place para tipid and we will go to KL kasi hindi pa sila naka-visit sa KL.

Para tipid ulet sa lodging sa KL we are planning to stay in our former boss' house/place.

I would like to ask you guys your experiences on Malaysian Immigration. Mahigpit ba sila? Ano kaya possible questions nila for my 2days stay in KL?

If KL siya i would say sulit siya pero if Johore Bahru lang sad to say there's not much to do there daw except for shopping and food trip. When we passed by JB kasi di ako na impress sa place. Di ko siya maclassify kung urbanized ba siya or probinsya ang datin.
Also check mo na rin what time yung flights ninyo in case

Ah oo nga sa bagay iba pa rin talaga pag KL mismo pupuntahan. Malayo ba yung Johore Bahru sa Kuala Lumpur sis?

^ sis, ang Johor Bahru ang boundary ng SG at Malaysia.  From JB, around 4-5 more hours papuntang KL.

Sa JB masarap lang mamili and grocery. And salon/spa kasi mura. Kung Di Lang hassle ang akyat baba ng bus, dun kami mag grocery weekly.

We'll be in Sg May 27-June 8. Mag-Malaysia kami ng June 1-5. We already booked our flight KL-Sg, JetStar, 81MYR each lang with 15kg check-in baggage. ^ 3-4 hrs sis ang byahe, depende pa sa traffic sa Malacca.  The roads there are narrow kasi so minsan matraffic lalo na pag umulan.

How abt Malacca to KL? Hanggang anong oras ang bus papuntang KL? At ilang oras ang biyahe? Pupunta rin ata kami ng Pahang cos we have a friend na magwork doon for a month starting next week. Ano meron sa Pahang?

^ search google for pahang.  I've never been there pero me beach din ata don.  not totally sure.  google mo rin yong bus schedules ng KL to melacca.

hello mga sis. hindi ba ako magkakaproblem sa immigration kasi yung arrival ko sa SG is on May 25th. then on the same day, after 3 hours flight ko naman to KL. 7 days lang kasi yung vacation ko. so gusto ko mauna yung KL and balik ako sa SG on the 27th. matagal ko na kasi na-book yung flight ko to SG and recently lang ako nakapagdecide na pumunta sa KL. what you think? thanks...
