How much are tuitions fees in preparatory schools nowadays?

Transferred my kid sa Escuela de Sto Rosario Pasig. 18.6K credit card pa MOP. Sa previous school nya, 50K cash haha. Laking tipid samin. Books, notebooks, Uniform = 4.3K. Solb ako. Sana ok dito kasi Progressive yung previous school tas bigla kaming traditional.

When I checked earlier this year with ICBB Greenhills, I was told 135K. Will enroll my daughter for next school year, wonder how much it will be then!

I just received a notice from CSA Makati about the increase. Right now for Junior Kinder it is 98,134 (including the increase)

my daughter is enrolled in Angels Home Learning School in Juan Luna tondo and her tuition fee is around 22k(installment kasi).

my daughter is now in the infant community class at Abba's Orchard and i am happy with her progress so we decided to enrol her there din for casa 1 next school year. Tuition fee is about P140,000 plus a bond of P50,000.

Sis what's the 50K bond for?

^ actually, i dont know either. :-/ i think it's to help with the expenses of the school. This is one-time payment that is refundable without interest when the child leaves the school.

If I may ask, the Abba's Orchard that your child goes to, is it the one in Katipunan? I'm looking for pre-schools still and would like to get as comprehensive a feedback from other mommies. What notable changes or progress have you noted on your child?

^ she goes to the McKinley Hill branch but my sister's twins go to the Blue Ridge branch, this is the one on Katipunan Ave.

She was with the infant community also as at Abba's last year. She was very shy so I wanted to expose her to other people aside from our condo neighbors and other kids her age. She became more confident. She's still a bit shy around adults but the exposure helped her to interact more with kids. She became more friendly din.

Now she's in casa 1. They choose the materials they want to work on everyday. The teachers teach them everyday things by demonstration, ie slicing a real banana with a real knife, and then they do it themselves. I noticed that when she wants to learn something or asks how something works, she asks me to show her and then she follows. Now they're learning letters but using sounds/phonetics.

I really chose the montessori method for her because i felt that she would thrive more here compared to traditional. We were very impressed with the method of teaching also. I suggest you go to the open house so you can see more. And do trial classes also.

Hi sissies especially mga tiga parañaque, anong school ang mairerecommend nyo for preschool and may idea kayo how much ang tuition fee? balak ko kasi sanang ipasok yung anak ko, he will be 3yrs and 10months on June 2015. As of now kasi sa mga class sa Gymboree ko sya inenroll, para lang makaexperience sya tsaka makapag social sa ibang bata. na-observe ko kasi sa kanya na aside sa learning masaya sya sa mga activities, kaya nakita ko na ready na sya kapag pumasok na sya next year. thanks in advance mga sissies.

Sa school ng daughter ko sa Valenzuela, 18500 ang tuition fee for nursery. Books and uniform not included. Mabuti na lang merong school sa amin na quality education and at the same time di ganun kalakihan yung tuition fee.

Just my opinion lang sis ha.. for me kasi if you can afford it then go for it. Mahirap naman yung kahit makuba ka na sa work hindi naman pala afford pag aralin sa mga exclusive schools.

Well, prime schools or exclusive schools like Poveda really comes with a price when it comes to their tuition fees. But to think of it. Why do they have such super high tuition fees 140k a year for k2. It's bec.  Of the quality of education that they can offer. A lot of people also told me that my daughter is still young sa  ganitong school nalang pag aralin but i did not listen to them. My daughter passed her exams in Poveda that is why I go for it.  And I never had any regrets of sending her to Poveda. I am very contented.

Yes, because the better preschools provide a good and solid foundation for learning that will shape the way your child will perform for the rest of her school life.
