How much are tuitions fees in preparatory schools nowadays?

Went to the following schools for my 3 yr. old son. Here are their fees for SY: 2014-2015

DLSU- Zobel  - P104,855.00 (TF and misc. fees)
The Little Apprentice, Daang Hari - P115,000.00
The Abba's Orchard, Daang Hari - P125,000.00

mga sis, for the school bus, mga magkano usually ang rate nila monthly/yearly? kunyari from better living to pasig, ortigas?

^medyo malaki-laki yan kasi malayo. For us we live in Libis QC and we used to pay php 3.5k + 1k for the yaya for round trip. That's to ortigas too.

^yes. So dapat you factor that in too in deciding the school. When my daughter was in toddler school our choice were a walking distance school but expensive or a cheaper school (about 3/4 only of the TF for choice # 1) but will require my daughter to ride a school bus or hatid-sundo ng car. We ended up going with the more expensive school cause after calculating it, annually we spend the same. At least with choice #1 hindi pa pagod yung kid kasi isang tumbling Lang from our place.

^^ thanks sis. nagtatanong tanong na din ako ng tuition fees dyan kasi. pero try namin muna dito sya sa Dubai, if di namin kakayanin na dito sya, we'll consider na siguro na iuwi sya.

When my two kids were in preschool, we paid 4,000 a month for the school bus, one way.  This was for their last year in PS kasi wala na silang kasamang yaya sa bus.  The bus driver and bus mother naman trustworthy and very mabait to my children.  Pag may yaya (during their first 2 years in PS), additional 1,500, one way. 

The same bus owner services our village for AGS, ang rate she quoted for two-way is 6k for the 2 kids.  So I just got a driver.  Mas expensive ng konti (P500/day plus lunch) but more sulit kasi mahahatid pa my kids to their tutor and extracurricular activities.

Our house is near the preschool and grade school mentioned.  Less than 10 km.  Only one proprietress services AGS, Miriam, MI and other schools nearby.

@ sis hunny_ally, im from Libis too. i have a 2 yr old daughter and iniisip ko na ngayon saan ko sya ipapasok ng nursery. may I know what school mo pinapasok anak mo? im thinking of Miriam or St.Paul kaso feeling ko malayo parang nakakaawa si baby. lalo na ngayon super traffic lagi sa Libis.

^my daughter attended nursery in Gymboree Preschool. Then she moved to Poveda for Kinder 2. For mornings, we usually leave the house at 645 am for her 740 am classes

I'm very happy that we have been able to reserve a slot for my daughter at ISYC in Marikina. We chose the mid-morning schedule (11am-1:30pm) just so my daughter won't have to wake up so early since she normally gets up between 8-9am. The current tuition rate is 75k inclusive of school materials, 4 sets of uniform, and school trip fees but the directress told me that they will have an increase of around 3-5% for school year 2014-2015. I also placed a reservation na sa school bus, but there's also an impending increase. The current rate naman nila is 2800 with the yaya.

^^ ay true. dati, dypes and vaccines pa ang usapan. ngayon schools na. September ang start ng klase dito. Hindi pa kame nakakapagparegister kasi yung mga ina-eye namin na schools eh next month pa ata open ang registration. Ang cute nila ni Z!
