How much are tuitions fees in preparatory schools nowadays?

my son is currently attending pre casa at Mothergoose Leviste Makati Branch last year it's 124K and they have increased it to 130K for sy 2011-2012 inclusive of uniforms, fieldtrips, materials etc..etc. My son really enjoyed the school and everyday for him is "awesome" coz it really fits his personality

yes..madugo nga sis' it really creates a hole in my pocket..but as i'ved said um happy naman as long as it's for my son, maybe it also depends on the branch, considering their overheads at makati.

For next school year, hindi masyadong nagtaas si Miriam (Thank God!)

First Step (equivalent to Nursery) = 81, 713
Nursery (equivalent to Kinder) = 79, 689
Kinder (equi to Prep) = 81, 187

After Kinder kasi, Grade 1 na.

Our daughter will be in Nursery level this incoming school year. May different payment schemes naman available. We always opt for quarterly para hindi kami nabibigla masyado.

Nursery's tuition fee if quarterly amounts to 81, 453.27.

Ang ayoko lang sa Miriam, hindi pantay pantay yung paghati ng payment for quarterly. Mas mahal yung first 2 payments (upon enrollment then yung July 30). So kung mag back out kayo ng kid mo sa gitna, bawi pa din sila.

I wanted to transfer her sana to a school in Marikina (hirap kami pag coding at saka sa unpredictable traffic ng Katipunan) pero ayaw niya. She loves Miriam to bits.

I saw one along quirino highway, nova, qc the school is Bridge Learning Center sobrang near sa house namin but i don't have any idea yet about this school. I'll visit one of this days. Maybe mga sis your kids are studying here. Please post your feedback about tuition fee, payment terms, curriculum, student-teacher ratio, etc. Thanks.

Hi. I'm a first time mom and my son is goin' 2yo on April 2011. So im canvassing na a good school for him sana next year 2012 June enroll ko na siya since 3yo na siya nun.. Anyone who knows a good pre-school in marikina?? Sis, san po yung Little Child of Jesus??

And add ko lang, does anyone inquire the tuition fee in ISYC ( integrated school for young children) In marikina?? Tska sa UPIS meron bang may alam ng fees??

I think ISYC is one of the best if not the best in Marikina. When I inquired last year nasa 60k plus yata

Try inquiring with Kids on Focus.  The owner/directress is my neighbor and she has good credentials - PhD in Child Psychology or Early Education from Ateneo, if I am not mistaken and she used to teach in Ateneo sa college din yata.  I chanced upon KOF's multiply site before.  It seems like a good environment for young children.

Regarding UPIS I'm not sure the exact fee but when I went to UP CDC, I was able to talk to a mom with a kid studying at UPIS mura lang daw  wala pa halos 5k (not sure if per sem or this is annual) wasn't able to ask kc paalis na sila ng kid nya.

in bf homes north west, there's Bridge school.  Highly recommended.  you should visit the school to experience how the kids interact, then you'll know.  They're not a big school but their curriculum is top notch, look at their walls too, all plastered with children's artworks and various educational teaching aids (not merely store bought)
