OT but for info lang po: ang nagmamanufacture ng chocolates for chocolate lovers is Sucere.

I went there na..nagkaroon ng field trip students namin doon. Sa Laguna located..grabe ang saya! pwedeng dumampot!!!

Sucere manufactures chocolates depending on the needs ng customers nila..kasi parng goldilocks or red ribbon din ata, nagsusupply sila. i forgot kung anong company...

Then when there was an issue regarding China, kung napansin nyo, ang paskil sa Chocolate lovers, coming from Sucere making sure na hindi galing sa CHina ang raw materials...

yung wholesale (5kilos) nasa 20-30 pesos din ang difference. Meron din sila molds pero unlike sa chocolate lovers konti [textspeak!] un nandun sa Nuts Store. More on chocolate and nuts [textspeak!] benta nila..

ako mtagal ko ng gustong mtutong gumawa nyang mga moulded chocolate or [textspeak!] mga coated chocolate [textspeak!] i'm here abroad. Is there any way b to learn how to do it via internet or if ever n uuwi me dyan for vacation how many days b ang sspend ko pra mtuto or mg-aral sa chocolate factory. I hope somebody can help me..

madali lang gawin...search ka sa mga blogs...i think i saw na someone who gave the procedures..

although maganda din kasi na aattend ka, para lang din maexperience mo then the instructor will give tips...

I'm ending my chocolate molding career (haven't actually started one yet but I'm giving up). I attempted to make chocolate lollipops kaya lang I'm not having any success. I don't like how it looks (seems too plain) and I don't know how to design it, nor package it. I want to sell the blocks of chocolates I have and other materials for molding.


I calculated and I was supposed to make around 5K if I sell the snowman for P10 each and the santa at P5 at retail. That's actually cheap kasi when I checked the web that's the usual price for wholesale. Kaya lang ayaw ko na talaga I'm stressed about it already.

^Same here sis, last christmas gumawa din ako nito. Nasayang lang yung mga chocolate blocks na binili ko kasi hindi ako marunong,haha. Sa Bakers depot ko siya binili,btw. Ang hirap pala pag iba iba ang kulay, na frustrate ako masyado kasi naghalu halo na yung kulay after. Dapat kasi nagresearch muna ako bago ko ginawa yun.

yung mga 'professional' chocolatier they use both. pero kung nagi-start ka pa lang sis, try using the pipe muna then, play around with the brush...
