wow! So expensive naman! What are the amenities? I live in a condo in San Juan and ours is 35/sq mtr.

We're scheduled to inspect our unit at Princeton on Saturday (June 8 ), so excited na ako. Balitaan ko kayo.

Yung sa princeton daw is 65/sqm.

^hindi ko alam if qualified ako sumagot sa tanong mo. may unit kami doon, kaso pumupunta lang kami ni hubby para magswim, unwind, or magpalinis. happy naman kami sa unit namin.

hindi pa lahat ng units doon occupied i think, baka parang yung sa amin na bihira may nakatira, para kasing konti ang tao e.

Yun din napansin ko , konti tao. Gusto ko lang ng investment king matatawag na akin since i live naman in paranaque ng maiba naman ang place ko .

Kakatapos lang ng inspection namin ng unit sa Princeton. OK naman yung pagkagawa, pulido. Isang handle lang ng cabinet yung kinailangang palitan. Papaschedule na kami ng orientation of house rules next week. After nun bayad na ng association dues (6months). Then move-in na kami.

Di ko alam kung di talaga ako masyadong nageexpect or blindly inlove lang ako sa unit at condo na yun pero super OK sya para sa akin (so far). Simple lang yung unit. Andun na ang mga basic na kailangan mo sa isang bahay at higit sa lahat ang ganda ng lobby/lounges. TAma ang tanong ni Anne Curtis; Isn't it grand?

Sissies, anong magandang bank?  Next year na kasi turn over ng unit namin sa Shell, may nakapag sabi kasi na compared sa BDO mas okay daw ang UCPB..

@marssie - sis ok ang BDO, UCPB and PSBANK.  From these 3, PSBANK ang pinakamababa ang interest rate pero hindi naman malaki ang difference, point something lang. I suggest magpa-quote sa kanilang 3 tapos pili ka nalang.  Ok naman all these 3 banks, as per my clients feedbacks.

Sis, 5star amenities kame with SMDC..grand loobies, lap pools, gyms, function rooms, jooging path..with Light, they have cinema on the 2nd level..with Sun, aside from the basic amenities, they have playground area, garden and gazebos, patio and barbeque area..with Green, they have their own library and gaming zone..and marami pang iba

Grass Residences, medyo maraming issue/s.

1. Ang dating 60php/sqm ngayun 100php na, and hindi ma justify ang increase. When the homeowners assoc investigated ang daming nag labasang ibang problems like hindi pala nababayaran ang guards
2. Yung naka advertise na pool sa tower 3 plano nilang hindi na ilagay.
...may iba pang issues.

This is the list that they gave for a fully-furnished unit. Suddenly, nung viewing, hindi lahat ng andito finulfill nila:

my husband's family got a unit at fields residences in paranaque...kakaturn over lang, actually few days ago lang ata nung lumuwas sila for the turn over of the unit..complete naman daw yung nasa list of funiture/appliance and satisfied sila sa amenities...they stayed there for one night (from cebu kasi) and based sa feedback nila, mukhang ok naman. tho of course, di mo naman fully makikita if ever may problems ba in just a night of stay sa unit hehe..but then, wala din naman kasi titira talaga dun, they purchased the unit para lang magkaron kami ng place if ever lumuluwas kami from cebu to manila

About nagkakarinigan sa kapit-unit, is that also true at Grass?

What are the other issues aside sa namentioned?

hi mga sis, gano katagal nyo bago nakuha yung contract to sell copy nyo?
possible kaya magrequest ulit ng copy nun or maski scanned copy? I sent an email na to smdc customer service kaso until now walang reply e we need that to process our bank loan.

hi sisses.. i have a friend with a unit in Chateau Elysee.. problem is... sabi sa kanya.. may unpaid assoc dues daw sya since 2009 til 2013...
nagbabayad naman yun friend ko... kaso.. di nya na natabi receipt nya for those months..

the mere fact na wala syang unpaid due sa mga bill nya.. meaning updated sya..

sagot daw sa kanya.. baka daw nagkamali lang ang admin..
