Hindi ba mataas ang konsumo ng kuryente pag dryer?  at nakakasira sya ng damit diba?  Bakit hindi ginawan ng SMDC ng paraan ang sampayan?  Pwede naman sa itaas ng kitchen yung sampayan, gagamit lang nung parang pangkuha ng damit sa mga tiangge.  Or yung naka mount sa may bintana?  Meron ba ang SMDC nung chute every floor kung san doon itatapon yung basura mo para diretso sa main trash bin ng condominium?

^as far as i know, malakas kumonsumo ng kuryente ang dryer. pero for me ha, ayoko ng may common na sampayan. nakikita kapitbahay mo yung underwear mo haha hindi lang rin ako komportable na lumabas ng room na may bitbit na balde o planggana para magsampay elsewhere.

merong garbage room for every floor, i think mabuti na rin ito. sa may hagdan, so mahangin, hindi katabi ng mga rooms yun.

hindi ba nagsti-stink ang mga garbage chutes? parang may nabasa ako somewhere meron silang kapitbahay sa condo iniiwan lang yung basura nila sa may tabi ng chute, hindi hinuhulog kaya smells like trash sa corridor nila?

^^ sa Sea they don't have garbage chutes but twice a day may nagcocollect naman ng garbage. They will ring a bell so you'll know when to put your trash outside your door.
yes super makunsumo sa electricity ang dryer, so option mo na lang is magpalaundry or magsampay ka inside your room. Ganun ginawa ng brother ko, he just bought foldable na sampayan then electric fan na lang to dry clothes. May mga tenants kasi na ayaw naman magpa laundry. 3 days din kasi pag magpalaundry ka and most who are renting di naman ganun kadami dalang clothes.

sana similar sa SG yung sampayan where nasa itaas ng kitchen yung sampayan.  Gagamit lang ng rod para ipansabit sa mga damit since ceiling level [textspeak!] sampayan.  Na weweirdohan lang ako kasi dapat kasama sa architectural design nila yung sampayan which is lahat ng tao ginagawa.  Baka masyadong ginawang compact yung mga rooms na hindi manlang inisip yung basic needs.  Kasi ang mahal ng dryer at nakakashrink ng damit.  So pag may bagyo at brownout, walang means para isampay yung mga clothes? Que horror tong SM!

Ang sabi sa akin sa Field Residences, wala itong garbage chutes kasi in time daw eh babaho ito at mahirap linisin.  Oo nga naman.  So parang they have a garbage collection schedule.

Yung ibang units sa Field, meron namang drying cages.  Sa mga units na walang provision for drying cages, I think kanya-kanyang diskarte na lang kung paano lalagyan ng sampayan sa loob ng unit or kung paano patuyuin ang mga damit.

hi sis. isang tower lang kasi yung princeton residences sa new manila. ang last na latter na nareceive ko dated early april. Ready na daw yung units pero wala pang occupancy permit. So wait pa na magkaroon then mag sesend ulit sila ng letter na parang take-out notice na yun. Dun na yung mag papaschedule ka kung kailan mo gusto i-check yung unit mo for inspection.

yun ang sabi sa letter na pinadala sa amin. although hindi pa ako nag follow-up ulit, baka towards the last week of May na lang para makabalita ng latest update. Balitaan ko kayo dito kung ano sasabihin.

I have no problem with SMDC so far, not like my other condo property (Moldex), giving me headaches always.

Magulo ang Moldex sis.

Dun sa patapos na DP ko, wala silang notice na dapat magprocess na s bank ng fianncing para  at the end of the period, di ka na magbayad ng in house rate nila na sobrang taas. Sa SMDC, mga 8 months pa before matapos yung DP ko yung banko na mismo ngcocoordinate sa akin to process my loan. Sa Moldex tinaga ako nila ng sobrang taas na interest before maapprove bank loan.

Pag may hinihingi kang document sobrang tagal. Sobrang magulo coordination nila dun sa Moldex. Hindi prompt ang response sa mga queries. Sa SMDC, isang araw lang may feedback na. pangit yung after sales nila na service, more on pagbebenta lang.

For turnover na sa sept ang 1 bedroom unit na kinuha namin sa tower 1 ng jazz. This should be fully furnished so we'll see how they'll prettify the place.

Depende sa Project Sis.  Sa Sun,50-60 pesos per sq.  Sa Mezza ata same din.  Sa sea nag-increase na, nasa P70-90/sqm na sila.  Ask ko yung friend ko na nakatira sa Sea.

We received our aacceptance letter for our unit at Princeton Residences last saturday (may 25). Dahil excited ako, nagpaschedule na agad ako ng unit inspection. Sa June 8 and schedule namin, 2 to 3pm. So excited na.

65 pesos per sqm sa Princeton ang association dues.
