have you guys heard that they are being bombarded with so many complaints. Funny yung customer service agent ha. what else is funnier is yung billing statement nila? yung meron computer generated statement na tagging pero in fact it is not computer generated pala. i heard from a friend who works there na the billing statement pala is prepared manually thru excel. kawawa pala ang mga clients coz they dont have any idea about it. Mabagal din ang turnover ng unit kaya wala sila magawa kundi iapprove yung pagwaive ng penalties ng mga buyers. i am so sure walang idea ang mga SY on what is really happening sa company nila. Soon Camella Homes' condo na ang magiging leader sa mga high rise residences. Poor smdc, being headed by inconsiderate people.

sis, anong tower ang unit # mo. pati name ng agent mo.  try ko makatulong.  hindi dapat ganyan.  OR for reservation should be given to client in 1 week time.  unless may kulang sa requirements mo like IDs, pero hindi dapat mag-last ng months yan.

i'll try to check lang at baka naman nawala ng sales support or ng agent mo.

masarap sana magbenta ng SMDC projects, kasi syempre SM yan eh... kaya lang grabe ang density ng mga projects nila eh... yung ibang developers nasa 20's lang ang units per floor. Sa SMDC, may umabot ng 80 units per floor eh. Just imagine kapag rush hour, sabay sabay kayong gagamit ng elevators. Syempre isa yung density sa dapat iconsider when buying a condo. Yun nga lang, only few buyers know that, kaya mabenta pa rin si SMDC, in fact sya ang top residential condo provider sa NCR ngayon in terms of sales.

Sa mga SMDC unit owners, kumusta naman kapag rush hour, curious lang ako kung hindi ba hassle yung availability ng elevators.

We have reserved a 1BR unit in SMDC Light. So far, wala pang gaanong feedback kasi ongoing construction palang ang Light. Next month, we will be starting to pay our monthly downpayment.
Question: kapag post dated cheque ang payment, ilang months ba dapat ang binibigay sa agent?

^sis when we bought our unit, lahat ng post dated binigay namen. 36 of them. under SMDC naman yung cheque. Btw, how much bili mo sa unit mo? with balcony?

thanks sis :x:sassygirl:x:  so lahat pala ibibigay na sa agent kaagad. kung ganun ba, wala naman magiging problema kung hindi na mahagilap in the future si agent? newbie palang ako sa mga post dated at ganitong investment kaya naninigurado, hehe.

1BR without balcony kinuha namin kasi natatakot ako sa open area na mataas, hehe. iniisip namin ngayon, san kami magsasampay ng mga damit if ever

^sis safe naman kase nakapangalan sa SMDC yung cheque tapos issubmit nila yun sa office lahat. you can verify din sa office nila if natanggap nila yung cheque.

yun lang sis, walang sampayan. hehe when we started living in a condo puro kame palaundry. wala choice eh.

I also bought an SMDC condo. First time ko kumuha ng condo. I've been renting na rin kasi for years. Gusto ko namang magkaroon na talaga ng sarili kong place. Like most people here, it's a pre-selling. So I'm still paying my downpayment. Target date na pwede akong lumipat is mga last quater ng 2013.

Questions:
1. Which is better payment scheme ba, bank or pagibig? Tumataas ba ang payment kapag nag-bank or pag-ibig na? I'm currently paying Php8k now per month for the condo.
2. My condo room will be bare kapag lumipat ako. Magkano usually ang magagastos kapag pinaayos na ang room?
3. Tapos binigay ko sa SMDC a few months back ang aking contract for them to sign. Hanggang ngayon hindi pa  nabalik sa akin. Talaga bang matagal yun bago bumalik?

Yan din ang isang iniisip ko bakit hindi naglagay ng sampayan projects namin.  As in patterned to hotel living daw kasi.  Although na-try ko tumira sa condo sa China, wala din sampayan.  So ayun nga, pa-laundry din kami.

Anyway, sisters, maganda ba gumamit ng automatic wash & dry machine?  Yun kasi isang option ng unit owners, yun, atleast, ang sinasabi ko.  Practical ba gumamit non, considering may kamahalan ang machines itself?  Or mas practical pa rin magpa-laundry?

yan talaga concern ni boyfie, sabi ko palaundry kami every 2 weeks, hahaha! kasi kung mag washing machine man kami, ang liit ng CR. baka bumaha pa sa loob ng CR kapag naglaba kami.
