oo nga ang laki ng bawas pero this week tumawag ako ang sabi sakin eh dahil umangal ako pinoprocess nananaman daw for full refund... I hope matapos na talaga toh.... at never again talaga sa SMDC!

naku hubby and i are eyeing one of their projects pa naman.. the one in pioneer mandaluyong...
can anyone recommend other affordable units within mandaluyong?
and speaking of SMDC, fair ba talaga yung rates nila?

along edsa, light, centera, flair, pioneer woodlands
sa pioneer area, gateway regency, axis residences
sa ibang parts, shaw residenza, acqua

^Kasama nga sa computation, yan yung tinatawag na 'hidden charge' sa ibang kaso, so para completely no hidden charge, pag-sinabing Total Contract Price, kasama na lahat.

Also, I think mas magaan na kasama sya, since 20% of it pwede mo mabayaran in number of months. The remaining 80% balance (other charges + unit price included), bayaran mo after a certain number of years or lumpsum or hulugan mo na din within the zero% interest free time frame.

^@phurple0515 reservation fee ang meron 25k pero deductible from the total na babayaran mo yun

bukod dun very accomodating ang agent ko kahit halos araw araw ko siya tinatawagan for update and other concerns hehe

hi sis,

do you have a buyer na ba? and are you still paying the amortization?
If ever na ibebenta mo sya ulit, dapat mas maganda yung price at terms mo compared kay SMDC mismo. Lalo na kung marami pang available units.
Yung iba kasi, ni-reresell yung property nila pag RFO na or wala nang available units.
Pero depende pa rin sa policy ng developer.
Best is to ask your broker or agent. =)
