I reserved a 1Br unit in Sm Light last Feb, at that time, you only have to issue a check to reserve the unit you want and lock in the initial price of the unit plus i get to avail of their 36 months no interest-equity payment scheme. technically, walang lumabas pa na pera on my part kasi we had to wait for the license to sell of SM Light. lumabas yung license to sell third wk ng march at ngayon pa lang sila nagstart mag-encash ng reservation checks.

As an investor (I'm going to lease out the unit eventually, not sure), I consider this a good deal na rin.  From the time I reserved nagkaroon na ng price increase at ngayon may advisory na rin na the 36 monthly equity scheme would no longer be available to future buyers.  If I had dilly-dallied, I could not have availed of their initial price and promo.

On the other hand, kung ang end goal mo is to use the unit, others feel na matagal yung process ng pag start ng monthly equity. yung iba, they want to start paying na kasi. So far kasi, walang pang nakarelease na payment schedule ng monthly equity kasi.

naku puro high rise yata ang condo nila...ayaw ko high rise...at ayaw ko ng malapit sa mall...gusto quiet places talaga para naman makapag relax ako especially on weekends

sis napanood ko dati sa Mel n Joey me ininterview sila na mas ok daw ang high rise condominium kesa daw sa low rise lang. kasi daw yung high rise condo daw eh talagang pinag aralan regarding sa mga lindol - mas alam yung basta me kinalaman sa lindol. hindi ko na matandaan eh. kumuha rin kasi kami dito Grass naman. hanggang 38 floors yata yung condo na yun. ayaw ko rin sana kasi ng masyadong mataas ang condo pero nong napanood ko yun, ok na rin kako.

my dad is the project engineer for the sm residences near sm bicutan. nag-tour kami sa site, ang gaganda ng mga unit. medyo minadali lang aw yung grand opening kahit hindi pa kumpleto yung mga bakod sa labas. hehe.

We got a unit at SM Berkeley along Katipunan.  We got it late na e so medyo mahal na siya.  It's small but we plan on renting it out to college students naman and for our kids to stay in (when they go to college) if ever they go to any college near Katipunan.

kami naman ni hubby kukuha sa Sun Residences sa may QC Rotonda. para malapit sa shop namin sa banawe. gusto talaga namin house and lot pero ang lalayo ng nakikita naming magandang subdivision. so we've decided na mag condo na lang muna na super lapit. save sa gas and travel time din namin.

mom ko agent sa sm residence.. and she, herself interested in getting a studio unit in makati (jazz), okay yung location thinking na yung sis ko e studying in mapua, in front of jazz.. so okay na rin kahit sementeryo ang katabi..hehe
