Ano po ba ang route pag jogging sa circle? sa loob or labas? i usually run 1.5 laps sa UP oval and have not tried at QC circle.

pwede both sis kaso pag sa labas usually ginagawang parking lot and may area din dun kaso na bicycle lane naman so para hassle-free sa loob ka na lang, malaki naman yung loob para makapag-jog ka.. enjoy! =D

@ckay, which apps are you using? try purchasing and downloading the nike app. it's kickass. :) how ever you need to go to a wifi spot to upload your run since youre not subscribed. you need to purchase the app in itunes too if your iphone havent been jailbroken yet. Are you using iphone 4?

Well, for the ones in the Fairview area, Timberland indeed is a good location for your morning run/jogs. It's a watering hole for running and cycling enthusiasts. That is if you can tolerate going around in circles for some time. :D

UP ACAD Oval at 2.2km per loop, with all it's shady trees and diverse levels or runners/joggers is the most conducive in QC.

Mga sis, have you tried running at the oval track in the Philippine Army Grandstand? Maganda dun! That's where I usually run with my husband so we can measure our runs. It's open for public naman. You might wanna try it. Super safe pa kasi sa loob ng camp. Hindi crowded.

Sis ButHonestly, which Nike app are you referring to? I'm using kasi the Nike + iPod app, but I can't find my sensor right now so I'm not sure if gagana parin yung app if stand-alone (will be running by Time tonight to check if it will work hehe)...

I'm checking right now for running apps na pwede ko pansamantalang gamitin, one that won't require a sensor  :)

Before I got married January this year, I used to jog in ULTRA. Then sa Kapitolyo (where I live) kaso I stopped because naging busy. Natamad na rin ako kasi dami sasakyan dito sa place namin. Gusto ko sana ulit magjog (and magworkout na rin ;D ) kaso walang gym malapit dito. Anyone tried RFM gym in Pioneer? Ano ba yun, for basketball lang, may equipment kaya? I used to do weights and few circuit training. Tumataba nanaman ako ngayon :)
