depende naman sa katawan sis.. kasi may mga taong kahit anung gawin kahit may period parang wala lang, may mga iba naman na nahihilo talaga pag may period.. dapat pakiramdaman mo na lang body mo, baka nahihilo ka whenever you have your period...

CCP Complex in the morning and in the evening. From CCP hanggang sa theater sa likod (forgot the name), PICC, and the parking lots. Sobrang dami dun pwedeng takbuhan. You can even play tennis, badminton and other outdoor games.

and in QC Circle in the morning

sis blythe07 - for my personal experience, exercise during my period days even helps me prevent PMS. As in no PMS experience at all  ;D

Agree with sis gorgeouschef ts a case to case basis, since iba iba po tayo ng katawan. Best is to listen to your body,if you feel you need to take it easy siguro brisk walking is enough baka kasi lumakas ang period at manghina ka sis

I used to jog din sa CCP Complex during college days sis justineo at hindi boring kasi madaming makikitang views

meh noob question ako mga sis.. pag nagja-jogging, kailangan ba talaga naka-running shoes? di pwedeng naka-chucks na lang? o would that hurt my feet? at saka ideally, ilang beses per week ideal na pagja-jog? tama na ba 30 mins?

Hello, sis. Pwede naman kung gusto mo pero recommend ko pa din a good running shoe kasi it will help prevent injuries and hindi pa sasakit paa mo. Nabasa ko kasi na dapat you have to run 20 miles in a week to lose weight pero kung beginner ka naman pwede mo namang dahan dahanin.

Hindi ko lang sure sis eh. Depende siguro sa bilis ng takbo? Pero an hour siguro.

it's perfectly fine to run when you have your period. the problem is, there are those who feel that they can't do anything strenuous pag it's their time of the month na. but that's all in the mind, really.
