^depends siguro sis kung san ka magjjog. yung friend ko, he used to jog sa ultra before he started working. he'd just bring a small bag na lalagyan extra shirt, towel, and water bottle. tapos may maliit na parang belt bag siya for his phone, ipod, and money. tapos when he's jogging iniiwan niya yung small bag niya sa gitna para he can see it. and he goes pag morning or basta maliwanag pa para di madaming tao.

Philippine Army Grandstand along Lawton ave at Fort Bonifacio is also a good place to jog/run. 1 round at the oval is equivalent to 1 km. It's open to civilians. If its too crowded at boni high street, I go there.

Hi girls, would anyone knows if operational pa rin ang Ninoy Aquino stadium? I am from Manila and I can't think of any other track & field area. I plan to jog at night and I am too scared to cross Roxas blvd so Ninoy Aquino stad is my best bet. or any other Manila spots?

Thanks :)

Hi sis,

I once went there on a Saturday morning kaso ang daming tao, may laro yata. After that hindi na ako bumalik, I stayed with Roxas Blvd-CCP.

I once joined a fun run at UP and it was such a nice experience. Kung malapit lang ba ako sa UP, aaraw-arawin ko ang jogging!
