Skin Asthma treatment

Recently lang nag pa skin test na ako kahit hesitant ako cuz alam ko naman yung mga culprit pero
dahil sobrang nakakadepress. Ended up nothing much, allergic sa dust, vermuda grass, cat. :/ Yung weather lang talaga din ngayon, sobra. (

pano magpa skin test? i have skin asthma at napipikon na ko... sabi ni derma.. sa weather daw. sa skin test ba malalaman kung san allergic at magkano at saan to meron?

yeah. me too. I always moisturize. inom din ng tubig palage. mejo controlled ko skin asthma ko. palage ako me dala na Elica and Calmoseptine para nalalagyan ko agad. Isa pa, nakatulong yung Glutha, Vitamin C at Evening primrose saken. As in, hindi na sila nagwawala. ingat lang din talaga ko sa too much chicken, furry things, dust. kahit maarte tingnan pero I always put alcohol, kasi pag nadidikitan ako ng sweat ng iba, lalo na pag siksikan sa place like MRT or LRT, nagwawala skin ko. so yun, pahid agad ako alcohol ang after humawak ng coins.

omg pala talaga magka skin asthma. does gluta really help? sabi rin ni derma di lang pampaputi ang gluta.

Yup, nakaka help ang gluta sa pag control ng skin ashtma. bumibili na lang ako pero hindi yugn whitening na effect ang habol ko. So yung gluta sa healthy options at eevning primrose ang tine take ko konta skin asthma. and yeah, nag improve naman skin ko na at less na attacks comapred dati na vit c lang ang pangontra ko.

sis anong gluta gamit mo? at ano other effects nito? im planning to take din kase,  snow caps sana, pero ill ask muna doc kase i have thyroid problem din, but more on maintenance lang naman. at ano ba proper way ng pag take ng gluta? once a day? am or pm? sorry i havent tried it yet. at anong vits dapat isabay?  i dont take vits kase, pero pilitin ko na siguro from now on.

Sis Yung gluta na tine take ko from Healthy Options, yung house brand nila, and also Vitamin C din nila with Rose Hips extracts (for healthy skin din). I take it in the morning after ng breakfast, once a day lang ako mag take sis, sa gabi naman before ako matulog Evening Primrose ( to lessen PMS and then for healthy skin din ) capsules, from Healthy Options din. Yung 3 lang na yung ang iniinom ko so far so good naman ang effect saken. as in hindi na ko katulad dati na mayat maya me ma touch lang na irritant may mga butlig na. Almost a year ko na din routine yan kaya malaki na ang improvement ng skin ko at yung attacks ng askin ashtma.

My son was diagnosed with skin asthma a month ago. I thought at first it was ring worm na pagkadami-dami so I brought him sa derma. He was given a lotion with steroids to use for 2 weeks and his soap was also changed. Before I was using HHN lotion for him and baby blue soap of By Nature Handmade Soap. Now, derma changed it to Eczekleen soap and Eczekleen AD. He has lung asthma so explain ni doc na it's normal na magkaron din nang skin asthma. Maintenance is kinda expensive kasi mahal din yung mga lotions and cream. Any cheaper reco?

^my son used oilatum soap on regular days and if may flare ups, physiogel cleanser. To hydrate the skin, physiogel AI cream (this is different from the lotion type). Expensive pa din. So if mag-sale sa snr, I hoard these. Did your doctor order for a screening test? It helps kasi to know which triggers the allergy

My son's skin asthma is ok already. It would pop-up lang whenever he had too much chocolates. I've switched him too to regular dove sensitive unscented soap and cetaphil lotion.

I also used Physiogel AI  pag ramdam ko na ang itch. Soap ko dati dove pero sabi ni derma mag johnsons daw ako yung walang moisturizers. Honestly di ko alam what triggers my skin asthma. Sabi ni derma  sa  weather daw. Last year lang ako  nag start magkaganito. At ngayon na naman ulit.

Hi Sis, ito yung breakdown ng supplements ko, ni roundoff ko na lang.

Vitamin C with Rosehips = Php800 for 100 tablets
Gluta = Php 1600 for 60 tablets
Evening Primrose = Php800 for 60 tablets

Once a day lang lahat kung mag take ako sis.

^^^Thanks Sis! Hindi naman nag order nang screening test, I even asked the doctor kung me food na bawal. No naman daw kasi "mild" lang naman daw. Sabi, just keep the skin moisturize as much as possible. So ako naman, I might continue to use the cream and soap for a while till ma attune na ang skin niya. Super dry kasi skin ni baby eh.

my 5 yr old son had skin asthma pansin ko lang major breakdout sya pag eat chicken. im planning pa naman na magtake sya supplement ng omega 3 fatty acid and dha hindi ba makakaeffect yun sa skin asthma nya? ano ba suplement meron sa healthy option na nakakahelp?...

My 1 year old son developed skin asthma last December and my sil recommended to apply Argan oil on it. Effective naman siya, ang laki ng pinagbago. Yesterday we went to our pedia and recommends Cetaphil Restoraderm, it was made daw specifically for baby's skin rashes. Hope it works, if not, balik kami sa Argan oil kahit pricey.

My 12 year old daughter also has skin asthma. May hika kasi sya since she was 2 and sabi ng pedia usually pag nakontrol na ang atake ng hika tsaka naman lumalabas si skin asthma..Noong mga unang taon ng skin asthma nya medyo mahirap kase halos everyday may pantal buong katawan hanggang mukha :'(ang kati pa naman  and madalas kung kelan nasa school na tsaka inaatake ng skin asthma buti na lang lagi syang may baon na calamine lotion para sa kati  and xyzal.I also instructed her and her teachers na kung makaramdam din sya ng hirap sa paghinga or anything na unusual aside sa rashes dalhin na agad nila sa nearest hospital. Thank God di naman umaabot sa ganon. This year lessen na yung pagpapantal nya. Basta anything na sobra iniiwasan na namin like pag sobra lamig kailangan nakamakapal sya na damit or pag sobra naman init tulad ngayon kailangan open ang aircon. okay lang din sya mag seafoods like hipon or pusit basta konti-konti lang Tapos halos everyday parang general cleaning lagi sa bahay.Encourage ko din sya na uminom ng maraming water and ang soap nya dove white.

Physiogel wash, lotion, AI cream worked well with my eldest. He's never hiyang with Cetaphil.

Dati nag effect pa sa daughter ko yung Atopiclair but now hindi na. Nag try din kami physiogel and dove na blue.

Waaaahhh.. ang rough nang skin ni baby.  I stopped using the Eczekleen soap and change it to Dove white. Parang di hiyang. Sa mga Physiogel users here, what's the difference bet Physiogel AI lotion from Physiogel AI cream? Or Mustela Stelatopia is better? Thanks po sa sasagot.
