Skin Asthma treatment

hi .. can someone help me po?
i was also diagnosed with skin asthma one month ago.. ngaun medyo ok na sya but pano po ba ma lighten ug dark area ? thank u soo much Po.. Merry christmas to all.   

Hi Sis, I had skin asthma since for sooo long.  There is really no concrete way to remove the dark spots.  Only time will.  As long as you don't scratch it, which is barely unbearable.  Also, as long as it doesn't grow another spot an the area where there is a dark spot then it should lighten in 4-6 months.

The only cure for skin asthma is targetting it when it is still small and never let it grow bigger than half of a 5 cent.  If you do, it will start to grow and grow and will be harder and longer for the the dark spot to go.

Only Dove (unscented and imported) or Ivory does the trick.  Never ever use Safeguard, or any alcohol-based soap or lotion.  Definitely, no direct alcohol to your skin.

pa-join po...my twins had skin asthma hindi na kaya ng cetaphil so our pedia prescribed aveeno baby products ang problem namin wala kaming makitang aveeno baby products nagpunta hubby ko ng sm north and trinoma landmark kaya [textspeak!] wala siya nakitang aveeno baby..mga sis, may particular bang stores which sells aveeno? tia.

galing kame kay pedia pulmo kanina. wala naman daw wheezing and phlegm sa lungs ni baby, pero observe pa rin kasi baka daw matuloy sa asthma. si baby kasi nagkaron ng seborrhea before, and bumabalik balik pala to. kaya physiogel cleanser and cream gamit namin sa face nya. sabi din ni pedia derma before, dove extra sensitive gamitin namin sa body nya. pero ngayon, back to aveeno na kame. binigyan kame ni pedia pulmo ng meds, Sterimar and Montelukast dahil medyo inuubo pa sya. sabi nya possible na mauwi sa asthma since parang nagkaron na sya ng atopic dermatitis (lalo nung nakita nya kanina na may rash si baby sa face nya tapos may ubo't sipon pa). hay, sana naman wag matuloy to asthma and sabi din pala nya, seborrhea daw is a form of allergy. hays talaga.

^nako tin.. wag naman sana matuloy sa asthma.. ang hirap... we were also on Montelukast for 2 months when he was 12months old.. and then baby haler na.. nagpupumiglas pa man din si K sa baby haler.. he hates it soo much.. pero mas naiinhale ang meds pag umiiyak sya rather..

Nanay Earth brand carries an unscented lotion na good for skin asthma and psoriasis? Hindi ko lang alam kung effective sa skin asthma but I've read good reviews kung paano umayos ang skin ng mga gumagamit.

^^ sana nga sis eh. kasi kawawa naman din. hay, continue ko nalang muna yung meds na binigay sakanya. sana pagbalik namin after 2weeks, wala naman makitang bad si doc.

pag may skin asthma ba automatic na may asthma si baby?

^not necessarily. my baby has skin asthma but not asthmatic ang lungs.

Try mo sis sa S&R.  I have twin girls too.  Yung isa may skin asthma especially sa face (meron din kasi akong skin asthma).

Naglagay ako ng ointment na binigay sakin ng derma ko, then the next day synalar cream lang.  Nawawala siya, basta regular ang lagay.

i have skin asthma too. my current derma gave me a soap pero it still makes my whole body dry. anyone here who knows kung san merong skin cleanser/liquid soap with avocado oil? un kasi ang prescribed sakin ng derma before. ang daming non-drying soaps na nagamit ko, pero eto lang nagwork for me. un binigay kasi ng derma sakin is sa kanya lang nabibili. ang mahal.

hi! ako din may skin asthma. nagtrigger siya nung naglagay ako ng rexona na deodorant. nagkarashes UA ko tapos since then lagi na ko may rashes sa chest at sa may neck. nawala naman siya when i used clobetasol lotion from my derma. after i gave birth sa son ko 4 years ago, nagkarashes ako sa may elbows tapos sa may upper arms, triamcinolone lotion naman nakagaling, pero until now may dark spots pa rin, tapos everytime na mapawisan ako or maarawan namumula siya tapos rashes begin to appear na..ngayon nagtrigger na naman...went to another derma pero di pa rin nawala til now...magsubside lang pero after a while balik uli..sad kase im an architect, can't help na di mapawisan at maalibukan especially when i do site visits..sometimes nakakainis kase especially pag may meeting ako with clients, nakakailang pag makita nila arms ko na may rashes at dark spots. sabi ng derma ko use whitening lotion na mild. it's just frustrating.. i'm going to try emu oil, i read somewhere na nakakalessen siya ng dark spots, will also buy aveeno eczema therapy cream. will post here after i used it and and will see if it will work..

i have skin asthma and i'm currently undergoing treatment. my derma recommended me to undergo a whitening treatment sa affected area, which sa legs in my case. siguro not all whitening treatments are recommended since we have sensitive skin. according to the derma, herbal un gamit nya so it should be fine. when my skin turned reddish after the session, she just recommended me to use gluta para mapantay yung kulay. actually, un pamumula ng skin ko..paguwi ko nawala din. wala din naman itchiness na nafeel. so tinuloy na lang din namin un whitening treatment kasi 5 sessions un. i'm on my 3rd so hopefully magwork.

ever since bata ako may skin asthma ako, yung pinrescribed sakin ng pedia ko locasalen, mejo mahal nga lang per tube tube.. kaso kahit konti o maliit lang lagyan mo super effective kahit nung teen ager ako never ako ng kaka pimple because of it, kc magsstart plang ngllagay na ako, after ko gumising sa umaga wala na yung mamula mula or pamamaga, nagwowork din siya sa baby ko, lalo nA nung nagka rashes siya sa leeg dahil may mga milk na tumutulo dun sa part na un

nagpasecond opinion ka na ba? this is the first time ive heard of a derma recommending whitening to someone with skin asthma. usually they advise me to stay away from anythin whitening kahit organic pa. hmm is it you who should seek for a second opinion or me? hehe well im not into whitening din naman so its never been a hindrance of any sort to me.

actually 2nd derma na tong napuntahan ko. before kasi naglessen lang un dryness pero andun parin mga parang scars. gluta siguro should be okay since it'll just help para mapantay complexion. so far, it's getting better naman. i'm not really into whitening din kasi medyo maputi na ko. hehe. gusto ko lang talagang maging normal un skin ko.
