yeah, nakakapayat nga daw po ... nakabasa narin ako sa net after learning that it helps to lose weight and found it at world of wellness ni cory quirino in Virra Mall, Greenhills and just saw tablet form naman sa healthy options, mas pricey yung drink kesa sa tablet form.

i bought acai berry softgels at healthexpress in glorietta. hindi ko pa makita kung ano effect although hindi talaga ako agad agad nagugutom. ittry ko na maginclude ng exercise routine baka mas mabilis ang effect.

bought this one in nutrition zone here in dubai. sabi ni ate saleslafy, ni-try daw nya to at effective. medyo chubby sya pero nawala tyan nya. i dont think na pure sales talk lang ginawa nya sa min kasi eto talaga nirecommend nya at yung isang lotion kasi may samples daw na bigay sa kanila at yun ang mga natry nyang effective. kahiya nga kasi mas malaki pa tyan ko sa kanya e mas mataba sya sa kin. bumili rin kami wheatgrass sa kanya pero wala syang masabi about dun kasi hindi naman daw nya natry. tinigil daw nya uminom ng acai kasi kapag sobra, sobrang babagsak daw katawan sa kapayatan. may variations rin to pero yung binigay nya yung specific for slimming yata at yun ang nitry nya. sana maging effective rin sa kin. give it 2 weeks daw. liquid form pala yung sa min

acai berry was highly raved by oprah a few years back kaya naging super popular. actually, sa tagalog ang acai berry ay DUHAT! kaya kung marami kayong puno ng duhat sa bahay, yun na lang kainin natin. hehe
