Hindi ako natuto! Kinakapos ako ng hangin  :-[
Anyway, maybe I need more practice.  This year, mag-swim ako more often.

^^ ay sayang naman!  Tip sa mga "kinakapos" ng hangin.  While your head is submerged, exhale air either through your nose or mouth (just like blowing out a candle) or through both and then when it's time to come up for air, you can inhale air.  That way, hindi kayo gagahulin ng oras sa pagkuha at paglabas ng air once you go up.  Hope this helps!

Lunch date with coach Flor yesterday, open na ang outddoor pool rizal but needs endorsement to get in.
Dalawa lang female coach sa Rizal (coach flor ,coach Weng)may 3 swimming beginner tinuturuan si Coach Flor sa rizal stadium, one 48yrs old gay. See, age does not matter when you want to learn something!! Coach Weng is also a good trainor, but she's not always around(mother of 5kids)
I'm endorsing Coach Flor because she helped me overcome my swim trauma( was pushed to the pool 7ft.by a female friend) I always like her professionalism because she's always ON TIME.

-------------

I've been meaning to learn for ages kaso laging di ko natatapos sessions ko. One or two lang. End up butterfly lang and sa ilalim na swim (sisid) lang kaya kong gawin - for 5 seconds? LOL ;D Yayain ko kaya si bf para magswim siya habang nag-le-lesson ako :P

when i enrolled last year the entrance fee was 60pesos. This year, the policy by rizal is to get the endorsement by your accredited coach to get in (meaning: no walk-ins)
pm me to get Coach flor's number;bawal sa forum contact number posting( i never ask her current fee lately) may personal swim lessons c coach with different fee. Better if by 2-3 kayo.
