uy ako sa katipunan office tapos after office may swimming lesson kame ng mga officemate ko..sa may camp crame 2k lang bayad namen 12 sessions na very cheap mabait pa instructor tapos yung entrance 40 lang plus hindi pa strict sa attire,,pwede kita i-refer if you want =) tapos kame lang tao sa pool kaya hindi nakakahiya mag practice kahit matanda na kame
I started swimming again after how many years. Grabe. Sumakit ang buong katawan ko. Hahaha. But love it though. Sa Manila Central University pool ako nagsswimming. Close ang gate ng pool kaya may privacy. Malinis din naman. 80 pesos per gamit. Mabait yung lifeguard dun. Minsan, tuturuan ka pa niya for free. But I think he also offers classes din ata.
I plan to go at club Manila east every week, sakitin kasi ako and may asthma, naisip kong gawing exercise, kahit mahal entrance ok lang, parang nagmall at nanood ng sine, at least ito magiging healthy pa Ko, bonding pa namin ni hubby
