sis crzy - baka yung sinasabi mong "cookie dough" is yung instant? ang pagkakaalam ko kasi, pag sinabi mong cookie dough, yung nabuong dough mula sa pinaghalo-halong ingredients used to bake cookies.

may instant na nabibili, pero pwede ka namang gumawa ng hindi instant. ang favorite kong cookie recipe, chewier and thicker ang cookie dough na nabubuo kasi may extra egg yolk siya. tapos mas maraming brown sugar kesa sa white.

here's the recipe:

^thanks sis sa recipe. pero yung sinasabi kong cookie dough is yung pag na mix na lahat ng ingredients, buo sya na parang clay. saka ilalagay sa baking tray.

talaga namang parang clay ang cookie dough sis...  if you refrigerate overnight, lalong magiging clay-like

anyway baka instant nga or premixed ang sinasabi mo :-) meron yata nun sa mga px stores or sa S&R

^ haha, sorry sis newbie kasi sa baking.  ;D kaya ko nasabing dough kasi yung ibang cookie recipes, hindi sya clay-like. para syang cake batter/mixture, mas malapot lang ng konti. sorry, hindi ko maexplain mabuti haha. basta ganun sya sis, tapos pag nilagay sa baking tray, thick and malambot consistency nya. yung from scratch ang hanap ko sis.. thanks sa recipe mo, try ko to. your cookies looked yummy, btw. :)

thank you sis. yung recipe na yun, sobrang clay-like, mas madikit pa sa clay pag binilog mo sa mga kamay mo.very dense. dahil yun sa cornstarch, extra egg yolk, and more brown sugar than white. masarap din sya kahit di pa nabebake.  pinapapak ng anak ko hehe

Found this on fb..

No Bake Avalanche Cookie
Ingredients:
2 cups Crispy Rice cereal
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 lb white chocolate
How to Make

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.
Mix cereal and marshmallows in a large bowl. Set aside.
Melt white chocolate and peanut butter together in a double boiler. I prefer using a double boiler for melting white chocolate so it will melt slow and smooth, but if you prefer the microwave, you can do it that way too.
Once the white chocolate is melted pour it over the cereal mixture and stir until completely coated.
Drop using a tablespoon onto the lined pans.
Place in refrigerators until chocolate is set.
