for the birth cert and valid ID, kailangan ba orig or pwede na ang photo copy?

^cedula is from your city/municipal hall. But i dont remember my husband (he was the one who registered for our 3 kids, filed thru the hospital) ever giving a cedula. I was the one who prepared the docs before giving birth and definitely I didn't prepare any cedula. I remember preparing my marriage certificate, marriage certificate and copies of my government IDs. If ever they asked for any proof of identification from him, most likely he provided his driver's license (which is one of his primary govt IDs.
