Ngayon ko lang nabasa itong thread na ito. Pero b2b din ako from the South so marami na rin akong na-ocular at na-inquire na places dito.

Sis pretty_bookie: Garden venue ba ang gusto mo? Here are some I could think of:

1. Mango Hills sa Calendola, San Pedro, Laguna - maganda yung place at mura lang, second option sana namin ito kundi lang worried ako kapag umulan
2. Terrace View Hill sa Carmona, Cavite - mura lang din ang venue fee kaso mahal ang corkage
3. Bali Garden sa Las Piñas - alam ko mura lang din dito per head (may in-house catering sila) saka maganda ang place based on the pictures na nakita ko
4. Paradiso Terrestre - (this is my venue sis) Meron kaming "this is it" feeling dito pagkita pa lang. Medyo mahal nga kaso kasama na naman ang venue, food, cake, bridal suite, sound system, white screen at saka hindi kamahalan ang crokage nila unlike sa iba. <eron din silang indoor and garden venue na mas mura.
5. Cipriano's Garden - may in-house catering sila. Ok din ang place kaso masyado akong namahalan sa corkages nila, ultimo AVP may corkage na P500!!
6. Eucalyptus Bay Grden, Muntinlupa - Nakita ko lang sa pics, mukhang ok naman kaso ayoko lang yung dadaanang lugar papunta doon kasi medyo crowded residential area siya.

Kung clubhouse naman sis:

1. Monti di Portofino, Daang Hari - 1st choice sana namin ito kaso booked na sila on our date. Venue fee is 17k for the indoor venue overlooking the garden, and garden ata mismo is 12k or something. Maganda rin siya sis, parang European feel ang ambience
2. Stonecrest, San Pedro Laguna - I think 11k ang venue fee. Ok din siya kaso Parang masyado lang ako nasikipan sa lugar for 150 persons
3. Las Villas Clubhouse - ok din siya nung nakita namin, overlooking the pool area

Hmmm ewan ko kung may nakalimutan pa ako, but let me know sis if you have further questions pa on these. HTH!

sis pinkcruz:  How much is your budget for P/V?  Re coordinators, in my opinion, it would be very helpful to hire at least, day coordinators (OTD).  They are the ones who would put together things on your wedding day.  I've had 3 different coordinators in the past.  For the 1st two, we experienced minor glitches but the weddings still turned out great.  Truth of the matter, guests didn't even noticed there was any deviation from our plans.  To them, it was still spectacular and fun.  For our 3rd wedding, I could say the coordinators did a perfect job!

Yung Portico de Cecilia sa noveleta,cavite another one near this is Leslie's. I think affordable yung budget ni Leslie's for wedding package.

^I am considering din sis yung The Orchard in dasma.  Kaya lang medyo hesistant ako kasi low ceiling yung function room nila. Mahirap maglagay ng drapings..

Mukhang maganda din sis ang Leslie's.. madalas nga namin nakikita yun 'pag nasa Alabang kami..

If you're on a tight budget, and looking for a venue near Bacoor, Cavite or Las Pinas, this place would be perfect. It is a gated compound with a manicured lawn and gazebo.

I haven't seen the place personally, but I've seen pictures of it online and it looks quite lovely.

i hve no idea pa kung magkano pede ibudget for the p/v basta i want it to be perfect. i saw the fernbrook in alabang kaso [textspeak!] gosh its so expensive, but i think its sulit naman..really need to save if well get it.. thnks for the suggestions sis, maybe il get the wedding planner since i wont stay here.. less stress i just hope ok yung mkukuha namin,, any referrals for the wedding planner.. sana yung affordable naman.. godbless...

Re: Leslie's Alabang: ok yung ambience sa place kaso hindi masyado kasarapan ang food nila doon. Parang common lang nothing special...

No problem sis! Yung sa amin sila na rin ang caterer including cake, sound system, chocolate fountain and preps venue kaya ok na rin.

re: stonecrest.. nakapag-inquire na rin kami dito.. if i'm not mistaken 11k for the indoor, 10k naman yung outdoor nila. for outdoor you can choose between the pool deck or the soccer field nila. very peaceful yung place. nagustuhan sana namin dito kaya lang nag-worry kami na di sila 1event/day. so kung sa tingin mo ay peak season ang wedding nyo at ayaw nyo may kasabay better think twice before you get the place.. hope this helps

^had my wedding reception there last jan15.  fell in love with the place coz it's so beautiful.  180 max capacity for the ballroom.  200pax for the garden and pool area.  yup airconditioned ang ballroom.  no need for a sponsor and yes, they accept outside caterers coz wala namang accredited/in-house caterers dun.  hth!

Kung taga North pa sila sis baka mahirapan sila. Kasi hindi masyadong accessible ang Portofino via commute at baka maguluhan pa sila sa Alabang palakad-lakad dun while looking for a multicab/jeep habang naka-formal dress/gown. I suggest sis rent ka na lang ng sasakyan for them. I know this kasi dito lang ako sa area na ito nakatira.
