Ako rin I tried Nizoral kaso pricey and drying sa hair. Pag may budget ayun nizoral. Kung tipid mode I use Clear Pink. Salitan with other shampoo kasi medyo matapang for me ang Clear. Right now, salitan sila ng Clear and Black Beauty Shampoo with Conditioner. Then conditioner ko naman dove.

Ang dami kong ginawa to cure my scalp from dandruff. Actually sabi sa research ko its dry scalp, either way dyahe pa din ang effect, dandruff man or dry scalp. Anyways, i tried different anti dandruff shampoo:  redken scalp therapy, phyto, selsun blue. ginagawa ko is alternate na lang ako mag shampoo here's the example:

day 1: redken shampoo + conditioner
day 2 : conditioner only
day 3: normal shampoo + conditioner
day 4: conditioner only
day 5: phyto + conditioner
day 6: just conditioner
day 7: normal shampoo + conditioner

and so on...

then everyday i used hair tonic, kamimoto. finally this regimen works for me. after 2 weeks of doing it, ayun finally wala na ako dry scalp, wag na sanang bumalik.

nabasa ko sa isang thread mga sis na effective ang physiogel cleanser, anyone already tried this? i'm desperate na para kay bf, pati sya nahihiya na din kasi talagang grabe yung taktak ng dandruff nya, very visible din sa gilid ng hair nya bandang sintido. hay.

Ang dami ko ng natry na expensive Anti-dandruff shampoo pero walang effect talaga sa akin...

for me pinaka-effective talaga Nizoral... at first month, twice a week ko sya gamitin... tapos once a week na lang... kahit anong shampoo na everyday sa akin...

Head and Shoulders Menthol is effective for me, although weird kase most girls here experience dryness ng scalp with H&S, ako naman, medyo naging oily yung scalp ko with this. But dandruff wise, it works for me.

What I do is I alternate it with a regular shampoo (I use Pantene anti-hairfall). So far effective sya in controlling the flakes.

Syoss anti-dandruff shampoo worked wonders in controlling my dandruff. Now ito na ang shampoo ko everyday... i even use iba-ibang conditioner (for colored hair, for extra shine, etc.), pero di na bumabalik dandruff ko basta Syoss ang shampoo ko.

guys warning lang, dont buy head and shoulders na imported which is 80 pesos more expensive sa thailand.. i found out na they are 100% the same!

Thank you sis sassy_gal18 for the info. Di naman sakin drying. Siguro we should alternate it with moisturizing shampoo/conditioner.

I have been hounded by dandruff for years until I read in a thread here in GT that the only thing that works is a shampoo called Scalpex (Thank you, sis Antigone). End of dandruff problem. It's a bit expensive for a shampoo but worth it.

My guy  has a bad case of dandruff and uber dry scalp. Gumamit na siya ng Nizoral noon, nabawasan lang

So i gave him Clear Shampoo, just to help lang. And nakailang use lang siya, halatang naglessen na talaga! Haha!

Medyo nakakahiya pero tingin ko effective yun feminine wash gawing shampoo hahaha nabasa ko lang yun sa thread ng hairloss treatment. Tapos sabi ng isang sissy natin dun kung ang dahilan ng hairfall ay dandruff pwde itry yun fem wash gawin shampoo tapos pahid ng tricort lotion. Pero ako nitry ko lang muna yun shampoo ko fem wash. And yes true nga sya. Dami ko na ntry from mamahalin shampoo to organic to commercial shampoos. Waley! Hirap pa naman kasi nasa ulunan namin yun aircon sa office so super dyahe dami kong parang pulbos sa coat haha pero ngayon lessen na sya. Though may hairfall pa din.

In what form ang nizoral? Saan nabibili and how much? Nakakahiya dandruff, parang binuhusan ng powder ang hair ko.

^Shampoo sis. Sa Mercury or Watsons. Pwede din Scalpex, actually mas preferred ko ang Scalpex.

You can try Fongitar, hindi sya nabibili sa mga groceries, it's available in drugstores.
scalpex and loreal blue anti dandruff.

Other alternative is Stieprox nga daw sabi sa pharmacy.  Stiefel product ito, same with Polytar.

Ionil T ang recommend sakin ng derma ko. Steiprox regular shampoo then Ionil T for weekly. 2-4 weeks lang tanggal na siya completely then uulit nalang after a year or two.
