Anti-Dandruff Shampoo's or Conditioner

Lahat naman ng nagamit kong anti-dandruff effective pero after 24 hours magsisibalikan na naman ang dandruff, okay lang kasi daily naman ang paliligo ko. Kaso nagdadry nga lang hair ko kaya ginawa ko, I don't know if this is advisable or risky, pinaghahalo ko anti-dandruff shampoo sa pantene shampoo. lol

parang umokay naman buhok madali nang suklayin wala pa masyadong dandruff.

subscribing. t gel didn't work for me and bf. head and shoulders naman ok for my son. although hindi naman constant yung dandruff ko. i think it shows mostly when i'm stressed.

Not really an anti dandruff shampoo, but ilog Maria shampoo with honey propolis is working great for me

Ang tagal ko na rin problem before ang dandruff, ilang years din ako nag suffer.  H2b bought Head and Shoulders from U.S. na blue bottle and orange yung shampoo looks like this: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Head-Shoulders-Clinical-Strength-Shampoo-14.2-fl-oz/15988142 Sobrang effective, pero hindi dapat araw-araw kasi sobrang tapang nya.  You only have to use it thrice a week.  Ginagamit ko lang ulit kapag bumabalik which is months bago bumalik ulit.  Kaya lang ang hirap humanap dito kasi wala din sa S&R, naka bili lang kami ulit sa Cash&Carry.

my derma mom ordered some kind of shampoo to me that sounds a lot like "tar shampoo". di pa siya dumarating but i'll let you guys know if it's effective. sabi niya magiging matigas daw hair ko after but pwede naman daw magconditioner to counteract the stiffness.

anyone ever tried using African Black soap? it can be used as anti dandruff. I use it to treat other skin disorders too.

I had been suffering from dandruff for quite a long time so I had a dermatologist check my scalp. She gave me expensive shampoo (sebamed) and topical medicine and solution. And my dandruff would still come back.

Then, I used NON--SULFATE SHAMPOO just because my stylist told me it's good for color-treated hair (which I have). And lo and behold, wala na akong dandruff. No scales, no nothing na.

I hope this will continue forever. I will observe still.

But to those suffering from dandruff, maybe you want to try a non-sulfate shampoo. It will be more expensive than your usual shampoo but it is worth the try.

Wala masyado effect nizoral for me...

What I use is DR. Kaufman Soap... Super effective! direct ko lang cya sa scalp ko...pwede isabay with shampoo para mabula..or shampoo after...minsan dilute ko rin sa water para mag shmapoo like..
si hubby lang nagturo sakin...ok sa kanya lalo na semi-bald cya madali iapply..

Yan ang facial soap ng asawa ko, never knew pwede sya sa dandruff. Try ko ito pag naubos na yung dandruff shampoo ko.

I love Ilog Maria, especially their soaps! Sadly their Hoey Propolis shampoo is too oily for me, and I have the oily na makati yun scalp dandruff type, not yun dry. Siguro for those experiencing dry scalp, swak to!

Anyway, I tried juicing Ginger and putting the juice on my  hair for 15 mins, tapos i shampoo with baking soda then calamansi as conditioner. Voilah no more itchiness.

Has anyone tried Zenutrients scalp treatment? Yyung may tea tree? It's a concentrate of antibacterial/fungal oils and extracts na iispray sa scalp?

Nabasa ko sa isang blog, every time magsshampoo lagyan daw ng 2 tablets crushed/powdered Aspirin yun shampoo (not the bottle ha, as in, yung amount na gagamitin mo lang) yun pantanggal daw ng dandruff, tatry ko nga eh

for me ,i use human heart nature mandarin shampoo 500ml then i put 3tbs of apple cidar vinegar,,ok na pantanggal ng itchiness....sa husband ko naman human heart nature pure strenght lang nakawala ng balakubak nya...

The only thing that worked for hubby and I is the LUSH shampoo bar for dandruff. Nothing else worked for us.

The only anti dandruff shampoo that worked for me is Head and Shoulders in a dark blue small bottle. I don't know why they stopped producing them eh okay pa naman yun.

My condition isn't just normal dandruff (I wish) but its seborrheic  dermatitis mas malala sa dandruff. pang control ko lang yung anti dandruff shampoos papalit palit ako kasi pag nagtatagal parang naiimmune e, bumabalik din. So far, the good ones I've tried are:

Nizoral (yung pink ang content)
Gard (any variant)
Clear (dark blue)
Vaseline (this one smells a whole lot better than the others)

Lauat hair treatment (thick cream in a tub, avail. sa SM)
Head and shoulder scalp massage cream (avail. sa Watson's)

^ ganyan din sa akin. seborrheic dermatitis. in fairness na hohold ng mas matagal yung dandruff ko ng Equate, pero wala dito nun. Sa US ko napapabili. Paguwi ng hipag ko papabili ulit ako. Nahiyang na yung dandruff ko sa Nizoral, wala na syang epekto. Pag nag equate din ako araw araw babalik si dandruff so nagno-normal shampoo muna ako. Kelangan palit palit.

Natapos din ako magbackread! Nasa 24 items yung nalista kong anti-dandruff shampoo. Mas gusto ko muna i-try T-Gel as per recos dito. I have tried Nizoral green at first nawala itchiness pero after ilang days balik na naman sa dati.

Avalon Scalp Normalizing Shampoo still works for me. I've been using this for more than a year already and i haven't experienced any itchiness and kept flakes at bay. Its organic and doesnt have sulfates and parabens. Its available in all healthy options. Sebamed, clear, head and shoulders and hhn didn't work for me.

Around P350, sis, matigas lang siya sa hair kaya i use it with regular conditioner like dove.
