i used H&S, mukhang okay naman, pero ayoko sya gamitin na kasi nagiging oily hair ko eh.
meron ba dandruff shampoo na hindi nakaka oily ng hair?  I am trying to use clear now perl
hindi ko alam if effective sya like H&S. Dati hindi naman ako ma dandruff ng ganito pero ngayon ewan
ko ba kung bakit naglalabasan. =/

Yung lauat shampoo and hair treatmernt. Sa watson ko nabili. Organic sya kaya di nakakadry ng hair. Super flakes din ako nung nagcolor ako ng hair, and super dry scalp. Once ko lang nagamit, as in walang bahid ng dandruff. hehe

Naturally curly kasi ako kaya every other day ako shampoo, tapos everyday condish. Alternate ko yung syoss antii dandruff condish and yung isa ko pang organic condish.

hay. this has been my problem since i was a kid. may mga skin conditions din kasi ako, kaya i'm thinking na baka kaya prone ako to dandruff. pero i haven't seen a dermatologist yet specifically to address my persistent dandruff.

i tried using anti-dandruff shampoos before, even Nizoral, pero they didn't work. kaya nagsawa na ko, tapos i stopped using any of them.

now, i'll try again kasi talagang malala na siya. baka Nizoral at Sebamed anti-dandruff shampoo muna ang i-try ko. yung Sebamed body wash and lotion kasi ang ni-recommend dati ng doctor ko nung teenager pa ko kasi nga may skin asthma ako, so hindi ako pwede sa kung ano-anong body products.

nakakabili ba ng Sebamed OTC?

Try checking out sulit may mga sellers ng sebamed products dun. Sebamed didn't work for me. At first it lessened my dandruff but it didn't totally go away. Eventually I started getting red bumps on my scalp na parang pimples. Di lang siguro ako hiyang. I plan to stop using it once i find a replacement shampoo.

Clear for men (yes, for men ang gamit ko). ito shampoo ko lately. ang napapansin ko, its the shampoo &/or conditioner ang dahilan ng dandruff ko. kaya nagsti-stick ako sa hiyang sa akin.

oh, meron nga pala akong officemate before na nagkaka dandruff siya kapag stressed siya.

Clear pink effective sakin. Pag Head and Shoulders gamit ko, sumasakit ulo ko. Parang namimilipit sa sakit.

wala na palang SebaMed sa My Derma Doctor! Hindi pa naman ako nagpabili sa auntie ko sa US kasi almost same price lang. 1L is around $50. Sa MDD, 200ml = 500. Sana pala I called them first. Mahal kasi sa TricosmedX sobra! Hindi kasi accessible ang makati sakin, ang traffic and mega rush hour dun Sis meimei would you happen to know how much ang SebaMed in Watsons tho? sa sm makati? Clear Nourishing Scalp Care for Men Anti-Dandruff Shampoo Deep Cleanse with Activated Carbon + Menthol Hands down, this is probably the best one I've tried so far. I totally love the cooling effect on my scalp especially in this super hot weather. Whenever I used to use this, I feel like I don't want to leave the shower just yet.

I'm just finishing this bottle of Pure Beauty Treatment Shampoo that I've been using (because it would be such a waste to just throw it out even though it's been giving me a super itchy scalp), then I'll definitely go back to Clear - my HG shampoo!

Wala masyado effect nizoral for me...

What I use is DR. Kaufman Soap... Super effective! direct ko lang cya sa scalp ko...pwede isabay with shampoo para mabula..or shampoo after...minsan dilute ko rin sa water para mag shmapoo like..
si hubby lang nagturo sakin...ok sa kanya lalo na semi-bald cya madali iapply..

di naman sis... i'm glad...pero 3x a week lang sya nagagamit or pag sumpong lang ang dandruff.

I use TBS Ginger Shampoo tapos ACV treatment pag weekend. Medyo nabawasan, in fairness. Take note, hindi gumana ang T-Gel sakin.

I also realized that during the time na lumalaklak ako ng glutha plus vitamin c and nung nag-lemon cleansing ako wala akong dandruff. Could be because of vitamin c nga. Will experiment again.

I am now taking vitamin D3 for my Seb. Dermatitis.

Effective nga pala sa akon ang t/gel pero that time i was also into lemon cleansing. So i dont know kung ano ang nakatanggal sa dandruff ko.

same case with me, I have a skin asthma, I am experiencing sever dandruff & itchy scalp. I tried different remedies, pero I saw one particular brand that is ok. The brand is Pregroe shampoo & conditioner. Hairfall doesn't occur anymore, no more itchy scalp. After shampoo I use Psorzema Body Wash coz it can be used on the scalp as well... Worry free na yey!
