gamit ko naman l'oreal anti-dandruff shampoo for oily hair. nung bago ako dito sa dubai, mega over sa dandruff. nagkasugat sugat ulo ko sa kakakamot. eto lang nagpatigil. kaya kapag matagal akong wala sa dubai, nada-dandruff ako sa ibang shampoos. so ginagawa ko, binababad ko ng mas matagal tagal yung l'oreal shampoo sa ulo ko. nawawala parang magic. ok lang for everyday use. eto lang rin kasundo kong shampoo.

Ive tried Sebamed and its pretty good too.  Before, when I get major dandruff I just use Head and Shoulders.  Now, I just use Pantene and use Nizoral once a week when needed.  ^_ ^

Hindi ma-dandruff ang hair ko, pero minsan talaga, like 3 times a year nagkakaron ako. not because of the shampoo or conditioner i use, but because hndi ko kinukusot maigi when i wash my hair. hygiene lang talaga kapag nakakaramdam n ko ng dandruff sa hair ko or like itchiness! gaaah! nagsstart na ko magkusot ng like longer than i used to, then boom! ok na ulit in no time. pero para mas mabilis mawala, i use head and shoulders lang. kapag ok na, balik na ulit ako sa sunsilk (shampoo) and creamsilk (conditioner). yan gamit ko since bata pa ko.  pero nung lumabas ang DOVE hair products, parang napapaisip ako. ganda kasi ng effect sa hair, parang laging naka blow dry ako!  haha!

Sebamed and Crystalderm. Dito lang ako nahiyang. Crystalderm is cheaper and mas madaling hanapin.

san mahahanap ang Crystalderm? since nagwork ang sebamed syo im hoping this would work for me as well... ^^ pero if ever both brands are of the same price and are both accessible, which one do you prefer to use?

sis sorry super late reply. kakadaan ko lang ng TriNoma kanina. Php1120 ang SebaMed (200ml) sa TricosmedX. mas nakakadry yun t-gel for me, and hindi siya madulas pag na-wash out na yun shampoo sa hair. My sis is going to the US next month, papahanap ako ng 1L na SebaMed

ang mahal naman... hmm... nagsearch ako online meron sa costco.com $50 lang 1 liter may kasama pang 200ml conditioner... hmm... im too lazy to check other sites to see which site is cheaper, next time na lang kung i feel like researching... hehe... ^^


Katniss - ito info nakalagay about sebamed... not sure if paraben free is the same as sulfate free... ^^

^ang mahal nga eh, yan din nakita ko sa US. $50 1L with free conditioner pa. hehe. kaso last month di ko na matiis yun dandruff kaya ok na yun. sabihan kita pag nakapunta na sila US next month. for now ano gamit mo sis? kauubos lang ng SebaMed ko. worried ako baka bumalik ang dandruff, i'm using J&J baby shampoo muna..

medyo matagal na naubos ang sebamed ko... for now, sunsilk lang gamit ko yung color pink... sya lang hiyang sa akin eh, palmolive as in allergies ang bigay sa akin, cream silk parang na-dry yung hair ko... nagpanic lang ako medyo mga 2 weeks ago kc naghead and shoulders ako and biglang SUPER itchy ang hair ko... what cured me is an expensive anti-dandruff treatment (dont know the brand eh)... pero if ever i accidentally used a hair product na magdandruff sa akin (ie. Kerastase, head & shoulders, etc...) sebamed kailangan ko para mawala in an instant! one shampoo away lang... ^^ and anyways, my scalp feels healthier when i use sebamed as my shampoo... maybe because of the paraben free and the ph 5.5

I used Nizoral, effective sya sa akin but out of stock according to the Mercury Drug outlets napagtanungan ko. Kaka-sad. Id look for sebamed pero ang mahal naman. Kelangan pag-ipunan!

naku sis, sinabi mo pa. misan nag-ook sakin ang H&S, pero once gumamit ako ng organic shampoo like HHN, tapos balik H&S (hindi din pwede sakin ang isnag product lang forever dahil magdadandruff din) ayun dandruff ulit. tapos pag ber months na, grabe ulit.

haay, totoo yan! cant stay with one shampoo... nagstop ako ng sunsilk dati kc parang nagsawa yung hair ko sa kanya... pero ngyn na no choice ako kc wala akong sebamed, nitry ko ulit  sunsilk and gsto nanaman ng hair ko... haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay...!!!
