^ sis ingat lang sa vinegar. natry ng sister ko yun. ACV yung una. Yung pangalawa normal nalang ata. Tas pangatlo yung mayonnaise. AMBABAHO LAHAT. haha. Kahit naka ilang shampoo at conditioner na siya, ang asim ng buhok niya. kung gagamit ka siguro sobrang onti lang. And yung scalp lang lagyan.

I recently noticed may dandruff ulit ako! Huhu. Ganun ata yun pag naddry nang sobra yung scalp? Anyway, based sa experience ng sis ko, effective daw kahit anong shampoo basta minamasahe yung scalp. Massage in a way na parang nirurub off mo yung dandruff. Effective for me pero may natitira parin.

2 years ago, this was my major hair problem. Isa lang ang naging effective sa kin Tea tree oil shampoo from Diamond Interest. Herbal product sya. Until now eto pa rin ang gamit ko.

Ako, years na yata ako may dandruff. Lahat na yata ng Anti-dandruff shampoo natry ko na. Kakainis, kaya lalo manipis yung hair ko. ang haba pa naman sana kasi I have till waist length na hair. Stressful kasi trabaho ko and lagi puyat.

Then I went to Megamall last Saturday. Pagdaan ko sa Watson's may nakita ko herbal shampoo na buy 1 take 1. Gugo w/Aloe Vera. Then I remembered na yung Gugo is good for hair growth, so binili ko siya aside sa mura. ang laki pa ng bottles.

I just noticed na nawawala na yung dandruff, one week ko pa lang ginagamit. Kasi dati talagang nakakahiya, kitang kita and nagfaflakes na sa buhok sa dami. haay.

Kaya lang, last na itong nakuha ko, sana may available stocks pa sa ibang branch ng Watson's pag naubos ko na yung two bottles.

^Sis Marietha's Gugo is also effective. Hair is thicker and it also prevents dandruff. Madami sa Landmark, just in case wala ka na makita sa Watson's.

for the past couple of years or so, naging problem ko din ang dandruff. i stuck with nizoral every other day tapos head and shoulders for other days. pag weekends, i soak my hair with acv diluted in water. mga 50-50 ratio. this all worked naman for me. as long as i don't stop doing this, it kept the issue at bay.

pero parang ang hirap maghanap nung nizoral na green ngayon. parang 1 month or so na ata ako hindi nakakagamit. lagi siyang out of stock maski sa mga palces na lagi ko binibilhan. ang meron minsan is yung blue pero that has no effect for me at all. so napansin ko, nagsstart dumami yung dandruff ko. nakakains.

yung mom ko bought the forest green gugo shampoo the other day sa watsons kasi BOTO nga. she wanted to try out gugo kasi for thinning hair. tamang tama naman i saw sis maria0005's post. triny ko kanina lang. hopefully this works.

another tip i find helpful pala is to always cut your nails short para hindi mo iscratch yung scalp mo unconsciously. though i don't grow my nails naman, minsan pag yung patubo na siya, napapansin ko na i tend to scratch more. kasi once i start scratching, parang naiiritate na siya so i scratch even more. so now, i'm more diligent sa pag cut ng nails.

@maria0005, sis regarding harifall, i suggest you to have your hair cut na po kasi aside from stress, the weight of our hair caused hairfall din kasi hindi na kayang i-hold ng scalp yong weight ng hair if sobrang haba na kaya in addition sa dandruff, nag hairfall ka rin po. same shampoo from mse din po yung nakapagprevent ng hairfall ko before

for the longest time, dandruff talaga ang problema ko,walang pinipili na season. dati nag try ako gumamit ng Mane n' tail Dandruff Shampoo. At first ok yung shampoo kaso kapag bumalik kana sa inang shampoo bumabalik na naman ang dandruff. kasi kapag matagal mong ginamit yung mane N' Tail pansin ko parang wa effect na, nag kaka dandruff padin ako.
