Ang hassle lang talaga ng ibang anti-dandruff shampoos kasi hindi available dito eh. Pashare naman sa mga sis na may alam kung saan makakabili ng neutrogena at loreal. hehe. thanks!

Pa sali lang , about clarifying shampoos, yung neutrogena anti-residue shampoo okay pero di ko lang alam kung saan nabibili dito. Baka cash and carry meron or sa greenhills sa mga tiangge. Another option is yung suave na clarifying shampoo or pantene. According to my stylist, pwede din yung mga volumizing shampoo ang gamitin to remove residue buildup.

Human Heart Nature shampoo cleared me of dandruff and itchiness. It doesnt have harsh chemicals kase that can irritate our scalp. Pag nizoral kase and other dandruff shampoos after using it for some time nangangati na ulo ko.

nahiyang ako dito, matagal din ako nag Nizoral, maintanance yun thrice a week, pero when I started using this shampoo hindi na ako nag Nizoral, eto na lang talaga regular shampoo ko & no flakes talaga...

nagpaconsult na din ako and nagpahaircial sa dermclinic and binigyan nila ko nung shampoo nila tapos salitan daw with nizoral ang regular shampoo. kaso pag ginagamit ko yung shampoo nila dun grabe yung flaking. tapos sa nizoral naman nawawala for a while tapos babalik na naman, nagiging dry pa yung hair ko.. 

baka may alam pa kayong pwede ko itry.. this is my problem for years na. kasi pag nakahanap na ko ng shampoo na okay na, after a month or so bumabalik na naman yung prob. feeling ko naiimmune yung bacteria.

sis, try mo organic shampoos like HHN or Gugo shampoo of Z.E.N or Avalon Organics as suggested din by sisses here in GT. The harsh ingredients of the commercial shampoos prolly caused your dandruff. And for oily scalp, daily dapat mag shampoo. use na lang conditioner daily and hair mask 2x a week para hindi mag dry ang hair mo. hth

years mo na bang problem yan sis? ako rin nagpaconsult ako sa derma and I found out na I had sebhorreic dermatitis. di na daw ito gumagaling, pabalik balik siya, binigyan ako ng creams and scalp solutions, and okay siya nawala, then nung inistop ko eto bumabalik na naman pero di na kasing worse nun dati. consult ka ssa dermatologist sis, kasi kung years na yan baka di ordinaryong dandruff yan, don't get me wrong di kita tinatakot, ganyan kasi ako noon, inignore ko lang siya, hanggang sa lumala

problem ko din 'to matagal na... kaya paiba-iba ang shampoo ko... nagtry din ako mag-apply ng salicylic acid using cotton buds pero medyo mahapdi kasi tsaka ayoko ng amoy... ok naman kaya lang nakaka-dry ng hair...

ako recently problem ko nnman siya. dati shampoo ko talaga head & shoulder effective naman hindi na ko nagkakaflakes kaso i switched to milder shampoo since grabe naman hairfall ko sa H&S. nagnizoral ako kanina mejo binababad ko pa kala ko talaga nawala na siya bigla akong nangati ngayon pagkita ko sa anit ko parang mas lumala. ganun ba tlaga yun? binanlawan ko pa naman mabuti..hayz... iniisip ko na lang bumalik sa H&S kaso pano yung hairfall ko?

ako before I always had dandruff kasi paiba iba ng shampoo and conditioner. meron pang imported. natry ko na rin nizoral pero masyadong matapang d pwedeng pang maintenance, sa head and shoulders lang talga ako hiyang at ska hot oil at least once a month minsan kahit sa house lang then warm towel okay na.

sis, check out mo healthy options na store dami silang organic shampoos and conditioners dun. around P300+ per bottle. im not sure if the brand alba or natures gate has a variant for dandruff talaga.

you could try nizoral once a week then your regular shampoo and conditioner. ok na siya to avoid dandruff
