I use Clear.

emilyenchanted:  Conditioners should be applied less at the roots and more at the tips. :)

sis, nizoral na green is for treatment talaga. pag heavy dandruff na.use it for a day, then go back to your ordinary shampoo, then after a week, use it again (or switch to the blue one na kung medyo nawawala na).

Go back to your daily shampoo then a week ulit...until magclear talaga ang dandruff mu.

Now, kung may mahiyangan kang shampoo, stick with it. But you ought to use a clarifying shampoo weekly para matanggal yung build up ng residues. I used to switch shampoos every week kasi kala ko the shampoo just stopped working, until such time na dinandruff ako dahil sa 1 local brand.

Doon ko nalaman na hindi naman need na magpalit ng shampoo every now & then e. 2 shamppo will do, your favorite shampoo & a clarifying shampoo.

Have gone through expensive shampoos and all, ka arte arte artehan.
Voila!  It is CLEAR Anti-Dandruff and CLEAR Hair Fall Defense that really work for me.
Very price friendly pa.
Am glad a sister insisted I try these.  Even my husband uses the CLEAR for men now...

Pa sali lang :), about clarifying shampoos, yung neutrogena anti-residue shampoo okay pero di ko lang alam kung saan nabibili dito. Baka cash and carry meron or sa greenhills sa mga tiangge. Another option is yung suave na clarifying shampoo or pantene. According to my stylist, pwede din yung mga volumizing shampoo ang gamitin to remove residue buildup.

When I had this problem, I used Nizoral 1-2x a week then Clear shampoo for other days.

sorry kung hindi ako nakareply mga sis. i wasn't able to check GT e.hehe

I seriously don't use clarifying shampoos e.in my case, a good ol' baking soda does the job. Pero pag my dandruff ako i use Nizoral talaga.

I just mix it with my shampoo. like sprinkle some in my current shampoo then mix them together then put it my hair.

I massage it for a few minutes then let it sit for a few minutes then pag ni-rinse mu wala talagang oily residue.

^_^

You can try Fongitar, hindi sya nabibili sa mga groceries, it's available in drugstores.  If that doesn't work, try going for organic shampoo.  I discovered that when I switched to organic, nawala sya.  It still comes back when I'm super stressed, at which point I do a 1:1 solution of apple cider vinegar mixed with water.  Spritz it onto hair and let it soak for a few minutes tapos shower.  Continue until mawala sya.  Pero I wouldn't advise doing this in the morning kasi malakas ang amoy ng ACV.
