Try mo ang Woodsville Townhouse yata yon along West Service of SLEX just close to Merville Paranaque. Robinson's yata ang proponent nyan maganda siya at gated community at saka limited lang siya at hindi crowded. Ang entrance ay beside Robinson's Superstore.

^Woodsville Townhouses start at 6.7M as of Sept this year :-)  Kung same exit entrance sila ng Woodsville Condo, eh good luck laging traffic.

^ hindi talaga normal yung traffic nung weekend because of APEC. it's like Ondoy-rare or INC rally-rare hehe. i had friends over and it took them 3.5 hrs pauwi ng Makati! try mo na lang ibang weekend to see the difference
personally, i prefer sa severina 18 area. ang daming choke points ng better living kasi. but according to GMap, asa bandang unahan lang naman yung Bolivia no? so ok lang naman siguro dun.. choke point mo din dito yung exit/entrance ng skyway. hindi ko alam kung bumabaha dun sa area hehe
based sa observation ko, nagtatraffic lang naman sa toll gates/service road, dahil sa traffic sa Better Living or sa Sucat (perpendicular to SLEX kumbaga).

purple_tips, if in Las Pinas the best place to get a house and lot is in BF Resort Village. Yes ma traffic talaga ang Alabang Zapote road pero kung  las Pinas resident ka makaka avail ka ng friendship sticker and you can access many Las Pinas villages as alternative routes not only in Las Pinas but some of Paranaque Villages as well. What I like about the place marami ngang alternative routes pwede ka mag Coastal if going to Manila or Makati. Pwede ding SLEX if going North or East like Marikina and Rizal. Sa loob ng village gated and secured ka marami na ding banks and restos and almost everything meron na kaya hindi ka na lalayo pa. Kapag maghahatid kami sa NAIA ang bilis lang din we get to access Naga Road then Gatchalian Subd. C5 Ext Naia na. Villars and Aguilars are residents of the Village kaya  kapag brownout mabilis marestore ang kuryente. just sayng.

Hingi lang sana ako ng suggestion on best place to buy a townhouse. Budget is 2.5-3M. May hubby works at BGC. Yung hindi sana binabaha and mejo matao na.

Sis jhayie try looking around sa AFPOVAI, maraming phases dun, yung ibang phases maraming mansions, yung iba naman more on regular homes.  I haven't been there lately so hindi ko na alam kung ano ang bagong developments, but the last time I was there e may schools na sa loob and may mga kainan na.

I would say, sa Las pinas. yung Maricielo Villas ata yun. a friend of mine live there and yung work nya sa ayala. He's good naman with the transpo and travel distance kasi yung south super highway hope this helps

^^ I think traffic is the same. But if you are commuting, I guess Cavite has more public transportation going to Makati. For me naman, being in Laguna makes you nearer to Nuvali, ATC, etc. which are good places to go to on your days off work.

^mas mahal toll fee sa SLEX  compared sa Coastal. Sa Laguna, SLex ka lang talaga walang alternative route unlike  sa Cavite may alternative ka either Roxas Blvd or Macapagal blvd or NAIA rd. Ang maganda naman sa SLEX moving naman traffic dyan may mga choke points lang talaga like ALabang at mga exits ng Sucat at Bicutan pwera na lang kung may road mishap. If you have a ride sis mas bet ko Laguna kasi mas masarap mag drive sa SLEX kesa sa madaming inner roads sa Cavite. But if you work in Makati mas malapit ang Cavite  syempre. hth

Siguro since traffic is only going to get worse in the coming years, i would choose to live somewhere in the middle. Ortigas or Makati, which can reduce my distance to anywhere in the metro i need to go.
Currently living in a condo in Ortigas. My long term goal is to build a family home in Corinthian Hills, Acropolis or Greenmeadows.

Hi mga sis, baka po may nakakaalam about sa Pacific Terraces Community (PTC) North, PTC East, PTC Suncrest by ACM Homes sa Brgy Carsadang Bago Imus Cavite. Binaha na po ba ang sa loob ng subdivision? Thanks so much in advance makakatulong talaga sa decision making namin.
