Sis ghye, yung sa AFPHOVAI, gusto rin namin dun kaso hindi ba maingay dun dahil sa airplanes? Daanan yun nung airport diba?Hindi ba nakakabulabog na maya't maya may naglaland na airplane?

My fiance and I are thinking of Ametta Place, sa Pasig. Di naman daw binaha nung Ondoy kasi nasa mataas na lugar.

Western Bicutan, Taguig.  Sa may AFPHOVAI.  No problem with flood and very near C5, Fort Bonifacio, McKinley etc...

Dapat may personal vehicle? or is it easy to commute via jeep/fx especially to Makati, Manila, Ortigas? I am still not yet familiar with Upper/Lower/Western/Eastern/etc Bicutan.
Alam ko lang kasi yung papuntang SM Bicutan from Buendia-Taft na mga Jeep.

sis, dito kami sa AFPHOVAI. True, minsan maingay ang airplanes pero pag nasa loob ka na ng bahay, di na halos dinig (o baka nasanay na lang kami )

May mga for sale dito na house and lot, super laki nga lang ang area, and syempre kasama na bayad . May mga townhomes din na mas affordable, nasa range ng 4.7M to 10M as of my last inquiry.

From AFPOVAI, sa transportation going to Makati if commuting, 1 ride to Market Market and 1 FX or jeep or bus from Market Market to Ayala,

Going to Ortigas, 1 ride to Market Market and 1 FX to Megamall or Ortigas or Pasig.

One ride lang if going to Guadalupe.

2 rides naman going to Edsa Rotonda/Metropoint

BTW, di pa kami nababaha dito kasi mataas ang location.

ang hirap talaga mamili since kung tutuusin hindi talaga perfect place ang metro manila at ang bongga ng traffic, ng baha, ang cost of living at kung ano ano pang dapat iconsider...what is perfect anyway? LOL! pero if given a chance to choose, i think kung saan nalang masconvinient ang travel to workplace kasi yun ang binabyahe araw araw!

I used to work in Serendra before, so we rented an apartment sa Bluebos near C5, boundary na nang Taguig and Makati..

Super convenient. I miss our old place terribly. Everything we need, food, transpo, school, church, hospital, malls, park, lahat halos andun na. We're currently living in Imus, jusko day P40 na pamasahe bago makalabas sa "palayan". Yun nga lang sa Makati, we're renting. Sa Cavite, at least the place is considered ours na.

Oh well, pag yumaman ako I'll definitely get a house Acacia Estates or Venice Piazza?
