so far gusto namin Tivoli Greens or Tivoli Royale.

ayaw namin sa Vista Real kasi ang kitid ng kalsada. sa Classica naman ayaw rin kasi lumulubog pag baha.

ang laki lang ng ng pinakita sa amin lot sa Tivoli. nasa 420sq. gusto sana namin max 300sq na.

how about sa Mira Nila ok ba dun?

I forgot nga Tivoli.  Sunod-sunod silang subdivisions sa likod ng Ever.

Ferndale okay daw, Ayala development ito.

good to know hindi binaha ang Capitol Homes. parang pwede na rin that village kasi kalahati ng price versus Tivoli Royale or Greens magkatabing magkatabi lang naman sila. luma nga lang but malawak rin ang kalsada so i guess ok na rin

Inside and out of our subdivision walang baha nung bumuhos ang malakas ang ulan, pero hindi pa rin ako nakapasok sa work kasi baha na papunta sa work at morning shift din ako masyadong risky ang pagtravel, very blessed that we got a good location in Cavite.

When we talk about the metro, mahal ang magpatayo ng bahay. But since we're offered options, we can either buy or rent condominium units or village homes. Ako kasi, since I work in the Makati, at gusto ko, ready access sa mga activities, I decided to reside in a condominium in Taguig, Cypress Towers from DMCI Homes. Pero si mama, since she wants a larger community, sa Mahogany Homes naman siya, same developer.

Hi girls, ok ba sa Kawilihan village in Pasig? My fiance and I are looking for lots na and we want somewhere between Pasig (where my folks and I live) and Makati (where he and his folks live). Out na ang QC because for some reason ayaw nya doon haha. Labo.  We were also thinking McKinley Hills, pero my god, I dunno if afford namin dun.

mga sis, alam nyo ba kung binabaha sa bandang east rembo, makati? nasa boundary na sya ng makati and taguig city BGC... kaya i'm assuming na maganda drainage system dun... sa the fort kc hindi binabaha.

little tip i learned from my hubby when checking for a certain area kung binabaha o hindi. Look at the street walls and you can see markings minsan lumot pa nga eh pati sa mga poste. You can see how far the water reaches merong mark.

Samehere.. I grew up in makati..never binaha sa amin kahit ondoy or habagat..but im now here in taguig kasi andito parents hubby .. Nalalayuan ako sa place.. pupunta lang ako sa mandaluyong para akong galing province.. tapos dami holdapers pa.. but hubby bought a condo in qc, try ko naman qc.. But theres no place like home, makati!

^girl, i used to live near Midtown Exec (malapit sa Unilever, right?) back in college. i have friends who live there, so nakapasok na ko sa village and some of the houses. very quiet naman. and yung ibang house medyo posh.
