I like living in Quezon City. Mapuno pa and malapit sa mga malls.

at malapit pa sa mga good hospitals (ex. St. Luke's, Capitol, QMMC, etc.) & leading universities (UP, Ateneo, etc.)

For me, muntinlupa city, mura mag-rent tapos ang daling magcommute. One ride to everywhere.

Least liked ko paranaque, when I go to my in laws, ang tagal palagi ng byahe from makati.

Mas matagal pa kesa pumunta ako ng san pedro, laguna.

5years nakami sa paranaque and nung ondoy nakita ko how lucky we are,I'm from merville and di kami binaha tas me electricity. Recently nakakuha ako ng acquired assets sa bank.since si mudra works in the bank super hotcake had my townhouse for more or less 3m++ kasi pinarepaint and pinagawa pa,285sqm and maganda.good deal kasi sa raya condo near samin 5m yung range.habol ko din talaga yung security kaya kung wala pang budget for a dream house get muna kayo sa bank,madami ang metrobank na mga properties

sis, pano malalaman yung mga foreclosed properties ng metrobank? sa bpi kasi me binibigay silang parang magazine(sorry kalimutan ko kung ano tawag dun )

^ Around 25k to 30k per square meter.  It's rare to get a lot at 300sqm at the moment.  Most of the properties I've been to, malaki talaga.

^^ Yung mga napuntahan ko na ok, Agro Homes, Park Homes, and Soldiers Hills. Medyo middle to upper-middle class.

Wala akong masyadong alam na for sale ngayon, pero sa sulit merong house and lot sa parkhomes na 155sqm tapos 1.5m lang.

Inside Ayala Heights, there's Capitol Golf Subdivision naman pero baka more than 300 sq ang minimum.

Baka meron pang iilan sa Xavierville and Varsity Hills, along Katipunan naman.

Your best bet is the two subdivisions I first mentioned.  Rolling hills doon, tahimik naman at hindi naman sobrang layo sa civilization.

QC for me is the best place to live. Mapuno at di bahain (sa Northern area) Gitna din ng lahat. may shortcut na sa NLEX, at pag naayos ang dugong ng c5, lalapit na run sa SLEX. maraming trabaho at negosyo na pwedeng applyan. Maraming magagandang shoals and universities.

Yep, I agree with Marose, if you're looking for a high end subdivision punta ka sa area na nabanggit nya. , idagdag mo na rin ang Ferndale across Ever. May exclusive subdivisions din like Don Enrique, Don Antonio and BF HOmes.

Mid range, try mo mapayapa or west fairview. May Villar properties dun sa area na jun.

Hi Juicy, may area sa Vista Classica na pababa. dun siguro ang bahay ni Gerald Anderson. Nagmahal ngayon ang lots sa QC kasi nung Ondoy di inabot most of the villages like BF homes, higher Mapayap area, Tivoli, Don Antonio Heights, Ayala Heights.

Sis simple lang naman malaman kung bahain yung lugar, tingnan mo yung slope na daan. :-)
