First time ni hubby mag-auto loan. We're also praying na he gets approved na soon. May negative credit history kasi sya with HSBC credit card before (year 2008), but that has been settled na naman (with certificate). Hope it does not affect his application...

Okay ba BPI sa auto loan? Na approved kasi ako and I don't know if yung computation ng MA ko is same sa all banks. Thanks!

^naku sis, lam ko hindi e, laging may  chattel mortgage kapag loan, sa cas lang wala non e, hehe

yung TPL, baka pwede mo pang ipa-free sa dealer

^thanks, sis... feeling ko din kasi nilalaro lang ng BPI yung monthly payments ... may quoted figures na, then nung nag-negotiate ako further with the dealer for a waiver of the dealer's incentive (DI) na 0.5%, nagrecompute si BPI, supposedly para ma-impute yung DI.  Ang lumabas mas mataas pa yung monthly eh dapat nga bumaba pa... kainis :-)

^oo nga sis, dapat mas mababa, pero sa pagkakaintindi ko don sa DI, hmm, kung inhouse ka kukuha, baka don ka lang magkakaroon ng DI, pero kung Bank Finance, baka hindi, mas mura dpat ang Bank Finance, kasi yun ang loan ko e, haha, hindi ako nag-inhouse, hehe

They said kase, we have to go to head office to claim the release of chattel mortgage and the copy of promissory note? and the original copy of OR/CR.
then registry of deeds?
then LTO?

Sa Bpi kamr and yes ganyan pa din. After ng registry of deeds, LTO na para ipachange ang CR and matanggal na ang Encumberance sa CR.

just got my autoloan approved this aftternoon by bpi, called their branch head this morning since she is a also our client and inquired about their rates. she then asked some questions and informed me that she'll get in touch with me once my loan is approved. now im looking for a dealer hehe
