sa BPI meron silang promo free insurane for 500k up na loan.. yung sakin kasi 40%DP ko kaya mababa na lang yung Loan ko, di ko na avail yun. Tapos yung LTO pwedi ipakiusap na free sa dealer. Yung chattel nasa 13k - 15k.

depende pala sa bank kung kasama na yung insurance, lto at chattel o mali ako, hehe

@dda how much ang interest now ng bpi? may inoofer kc samin na promo rate ang metrobank 9.12% lang. pero ang laki ng insurance hindi sya free nasa 29k plus chattel pa. may offer si ucpb slihtly higher pero libre na insurance so we're undecided pa

^malaki ba ang insurance ng metrobank? hmm, nagpaquote din ako sa kanila, mas mababa nga compared sa iba yung promo nila. Nagpaquote din ako sa bpi nasa 15.71% for 3years (OMA), wala pa lang akong idea sa insurance, sa bdo din nag-ask ako, binigay nila for 3yrs 15.96% (OMA)

sis ang alam ko ang chattel mortgage e applicable yan sa mga auto loan talaga.. Un kotse ang collateral ng bank sa inutang mo since sila di ba ang nag finance nun.. Kaya kapag di ka nakabayad yan ang kukunin nila.. Kung agent ka make sure kasama ang insurance, chattel at lto sa package.. Un accessories like parking sensor, tint and visor pasama mo na rin.. hehe.. Sa bank usually insurance ang free..

Pwede bang 2 kayong mag-apply ng loan para mas malaki chance ng approval? I am planning to buy my first car this year (second hand pero mga 2011 naman). Plan sana namin ng kapatid ko na hati kami sa monthly.

strada na glx 2013 grabe yung insurance haay pero after 1 year ata pwede ilipat sa ibang insurance tapos pwedeng quarterly ang bayad so tig mga 8k? kada quarter ganun nalang siguro.

^sis have you ask bpi? I just saw their promo,free 1yr insurance,if they will finance more than 400k, until jun 21 lang ata. But I haven't verified it yet,baka kasi may mga unit lang na pwede, pero tatry kong magpa-approve sa bpi and metro,kung ano mas ok na rate,hehe thanks sis

mas mababa talaga sa metrobank, kung pasok ako sa approval within June, until June 30 lang ata yung binigay nilang promo sa akin, kaso hindi ko pa lam kung magkano yung insurance, hehe
sa BPI family, nabigay na naman nila, compare ko na lang yung insurance fee

question pala sis, yung lto at ctpl, sa dealer ko ba ifofollow up yun if ever or sa lto na?

Hello mga sis, na-approve na rin ako sa BPI. I passed my application at 3PM and submitted my certificate of employment (with salary details) and recent ITR. Got a phone call the next morning and got approved by lunchtime. It was fast. However, since may free comprehensive insurance ang BPI to which naka-tag ka na throughout the loan period, how much kaya 'to per year? Also, clarify ko lang, after this, they'll give a PO to the dealer right? Then I'll pay the DP and they'll give an authorization to release? TIA!

^ang bilis nga ng BPI, in my case parang 2hours lang, hehe
yung free insurance sis, pa-quote ka kung how much yung remaining terms mo, para malaman mo kung  ok yung amount, nabasa ko kasi sa tsikot, dapat kukunin nya yun, kaso nung pina-quote nya yung remaining terms, parang don ata babawiin, ineexpect nya kasi mas mababa, not sure though, hindi kasi ako qualified sa free insurance, hehe

Yung sa akin sis, Nung kukunin ko na yung car, pumunta nalang ako sa Dealer pay DP, sign documents and release na yung car. Wala ng authorization from BPI.

Mitsubishi Mirage GLS car ko.
Wala akong dalang anything from BPI nung kinuha ko yung car, basta sabi ng bank manager meron ng credit advice from them sa carworld. Basta inform mo lang yung BPI kung whn mo kukunin car, sila na yung bahalang makipagusap sa dealer.

^Hello Sis, later ipapadala na sakin ng BPI yung documents na I need to sign (PN, etc.), ikaw Sis what were the documents that you signed? Also, the original OR/CR will be kept by them, right? How about the LTO registration, will it have something like "encumbered" on it to define it as naka-loan pa and di pa paid? Kindly enlighten me what else I need to make sure I have, thank you so much! Anyone can answer, I'm a newbie car buyer
